Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The service was average at best; while the staff fulfilled basic requests, there was no effort to make the experience special or welcoming. The biggest disappointment, however, was the hospitality. While we were enjoying our lunch, a group of influencers arrived and demanded our table for their photoshoot. Shockingly, the staff obliged and asked us to move, which completely disrupted our meal. This lack of consideration for regular customers left us feeling undervalued and unwelcome. While the food was decent, the overall experience was tainted by poor hospitality and misplaced priorities. If the management continues to prioritize social media presence over genuine customer satisfaction, they risk alienating diners who come for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. those reels overhyping this particular cafe got me fooled. I visited this café, restaurant or whatever it was with a very high hope and expectations. I have visited most of the cafés and restaurants here in Mysore but have never experienced such type of service and food. honestly didn’t like the way, waiter told us change our table even though no one was going to sit on that table. No one sat even after we shifted. There were only 2 people sitting on 6 occupancy table but he only told us to move, not to mention why he did that. Visited the restaurant for dinner. Here are the pros and cons:

Pros: Good ambience Menu options are decent Rooftop placement provides a better-than-usual dining experience

Cons: Service is extremely slow. You might have to wait 15-20 mins even to find a waiter to place your order The food is sub-par Water will necessarily have to be bought at the restaurant prices. They do not have the concept of regular filtered water The waiters will have to be reminded at least thrice to get the status of your order Billing counter seldom has someone to pay the bill
