Sandesh Pride — Hotel in Karnataka

The rating is mainly for the unfriendly staff behaviour from watchman to reception. The rooms are too small and there is a clear differentiation in treatment from staff behaviour to the size of rooms and the look and feel of room. To make that evident differentiation from Sandesh Pride to Sandesh Prince, the value for money paid is too low. Even the restaurant charges are high. They don’t even allow cake delivery from Zomato. I’ve stayed in even Lalitha Mahal palace who allows the delivery guys until the reception and are kind enough to keep the order in fridge upon request but Sandesh Pride feel it hampers their pride to allow delivery boys to the reception the refused to receive the order and told the delivery boy to wait outside the main gate. I Don’t recommend the stay here unless you find an alternate. You can find Lalitha Mahal palace at the same price if booked in advance and a if you are looking for a better budget place for a great hospitality even KSTDC Mayura within Brindavan gardens is great. Good location is the only advantage is an advantage while even parking is an issue here while the security guard asks you to park in the main road to avoid them having the trouble of moving the cars in the limited...

Everything shud improve. Rooms do not have a single ventilation. Only fans and AC. Cieling fan is easily reachable with hand. Its dangerous. Room cost is too high for the type of room provided. Room does not have basic amenities like fridge, hair dryer, long length mirro, mirror lights. Staff say every minute in the day room rates vary. They treat rooms like gold rates which varies every minute. Receptionists do not give trust worthy info. Every receptionist gives diff information. Not well trained When asked for extra towels, did not even provide even after an hour. They did not even acknowledge or apologise that they could not provide. When asked for hot water to drink, they said hot water not available. Wondering how come a hotel running in such prime area does not have water to drink.

Overall pathetic experience. Not going...

The standard double rooms are so small , and there is no place to sit or walk inside the room conveniently. We stayed as a family and even if we have to sit we had to be on bed and sleep on bed eat on bed itself.. you don't even find a little place to change clothes.. Imagine u are to attend a function and I don't think a women can drape a proper saree in that tiny room plus no proper mirror. Receptionist can be little patient and calm in her approach Food was okay and though the breakfast spread starts at 7 and you go at 7.30 the staff make faces as though we are there for begging.. The differentiation between sandesh prince and sandesh pride is seen in everyone form a watchman to a cleaner to a security. If they have such a big problem then better make the two places a complete different hotels than one. Would never recommend this place to...
