Visited today & had pathetic experience due to billing staff. The two ladies had no clue on what it means a good customer service. When I asked whether a thin or thick crust would be provided, I got an answer saying only soft crush will be provided? I got confused & asked repeatedly what is soft crush for which they could not explain.

Now comes the annoying part. When placing order they never asked whether to dine-in or take away. Even I forgot to mention. However the lady beside counter confirmed whether it was take away & I said yes. When my pizza arrived, I saw it was open and said to make it take away.

The lady roared in threatening tone that I didn't mention take away & also the person who enquired with me earlier mentioned that she never did billing & was not aware it was take away. I felt what kind of pathetic staff were work here who tell lies on face & so openly.

I shall ensure to never ever visit this outlet again. @Dominos - Pls focus on customer service first else...

Staff behaviour is very rude. The lady at cash counter receiving order was not eager to serve customers instead she wanted to avoid the customer as much as possible. She asked me to arrange a table with proper social distancing before I can order, once I arranged the table, she was not agreeing to receive order, after an argument she finally agreed to receive order. Once after receiving the order, the time came to pay for the same, she was not agreeing to receive payment electronically instead wanted cash. She has not even bothered to inform she would be receiving only cash for an order, only after taking seats, waiting for more than 20 mins she told she is receiving only cash but I saw other customers paying via Upi. She was rude from the very beginning when we entered the outlet. Please teach her some ethics and behaviour on how to treat the customers. Finally your business flourishes due to customers. It's giving bad name to your brand...
