Dynasty — Restaurant in Karnataka

Restaurant does not serve meals as per the menu card and when we started leaving they said yes to provide us meals. It would have been better of the restaurant only serves local cuisine instead of all types of dishes. Our veg meal came along with gobi manchurian to our surprise. The attendants were only asking or serving my husband and not uttered a single word with me. Some kind of patriarchy in the culture of the restaurant which female population should think twice while entering. On the contrary, one of the server is a female and more interested in my husband saying Sir, sir since the time we entered.,she asked Sir can I remove the plate...when it came to me...not a word...secondly, she bought the bill and gave it to my husband even when I am still eating...bad manners......there are others also who came with him, not an inch of manners, the only thing good on our plate was the papad... If you want to improve then please improve your customer service... If you don't value your customers, then you can never run a good business... Hotel mgmt is all about serving customers...thats the basic and first rule... Please train your people and then of course your cook too.... This one star is for the effort to try and put a thali together and papad... Please improve... Treat everyone equally....Respect is more...

We went for dine-in for lunch,ordered chicken biryani,chicken fried rice,chicken 65,kashmiri pulav,

Chicken 65- it is not dry,just like boiled Kashmiri Pulav - pulav given with apple slices on top of it. No taste at all and that too it's like sour Chicken biryani - it also taste sour.worst chicken biryani we ever had Chicken fried rice - out of this all this is little better but rice smells like last night.

Overall Recommadation.Never visit never feel regret.why...

Went there seeing other positive reviews but unlike the reviews the food and space is very disappointing, the quality of the fish curry was very bad and the staff did not recommend the quantity as per our requirement and ended up ordering more than what we needed. The washroom and toilet in the restaurant is worse than a public facility and it is placed in very unhygienically near to the rest of the dining tables while the water was leaking out...
