As a frequent Subway customer, I've ordered subs more than 16 times in the past 8 months, and have dined in numerous times, I’m more than eligible to file this complaint. Despite encountering issues like unwanted olives and excessive sauces, I've tolerated them without complaint. However, today was a tipping point. My sub arrived without any sauce, prompting a complaint through Swiggy. Surprisingly, they refunded ₹35 for the missing sauces, but it didn't salvage the unpalatable experience. Despite my efforts to address the issue, including rearranging my schedule to file a complaint in person, the staff remained indifferent and failed to acknowledge their mistake. This experience was doubly frustrating as a Swiggy customer, as it defeated the purpose of delivery. Additionally, the Kowdiar outlet's active rejection of phone calls added to the frustration. It was truly the worst experience I've had.

Also In india n in Kerala too I hv been to the subway outlets. Here the guy who was preparing the sub was actually counting on number pieces of veggies he was putting in the sub. He put 3 pieces of olive. I asked him to add some more and he was literally counting on the pieces. That such an insane thing. When asked are you counting on pieces of veggeis that u r adding. He shamelessly tells yes. How bad customer service would that be. I don't know if that is the rule or if that is been done in all the outlets.
