Domino's Pizza | Vyttila, Kochi — Restaurant in Kerala

As Domino's is a well known established brand in the food sector they have world level products which have been served in various parts of the country and in the world. This is one of the domino's branch in the Kochi city located in the vytilla junction. As all the domino's branches is located in prime location adjacent to the major highways. So they are accessible to the person coming by vehicle. Here in vytilla junction. That too located in the prime location adjacent to the main highway. The food delivery vehicles have big fleet. As I have visited the food outlet after many days i have left fast food. The most likely thing was they bake and cook in a transparent complex which is directly visible to the customers. And that too with a great effort from their part as they placed a Customer platform to see and visually inspect what is being baked and how it is being baked. The time taken was ok. But not satisfied. The crowd was less but still they took time to prepare and serve meal. They expect from customer to ask for sausage then they will give otherwise they will not have time to do with your taste comfort. As I visited place with my friends but the one at the counter couldn't able to understand the requirements. But that too can improve. Really tasty pizza. Good ambience. Perfect spot to spend a night hagging out with friends and trying out different flavours without emptying your wallet. Cheap pizzas are also available. Pizza rate starts at Rs59 (Pizza Mania). Plenty of sides are also available. If you really do know how to order like a pro , then you can surely fill you tummy n not empty your wallet. Do take time and learn the offers . Do checkout their cheese burst crusted pizzas. Vyttilla outlet of Domino's pizza is far better than that in Lulu mall. Here you need not order extra cheese, still you will find the pizza loaded with max cheese like the Pizza hut pizzas. Where as at Lulu mall , even if you order double cheese Margarita pizza , you won't find enough cheese that's needed for the normal Margarita pizza. Am a foodie and as I have pizza often, my advise will be if you are going with friends, do buy the pizzas under the everyday value offer where you can buy two pizzas each for a reduced price. I'm giving a 01 Star review.. but it isn't even worth for that. If anyone is planning to visit this outlet of Dominos Vytilla, please don't waste your time. When we ordered for a Pizza, it took approx. 45 mins to reach to our table and between that, we also inquired with them regarding our order but still they were busy with some other person don't know if that's even a customer. We saw a person who's preparing a pizza without even wearing a glove (unfortunately saw that after we finished), that was just disgusting.. never thought of seeing this kind of things at a reputed Pizza chain. After having our meal, I went to wash my hands and when I got out.. someone flushed and went out from the toilet.. unfortunately the flushed water came out from the drainage pipe which was under the wash basin and it really touched my sneakers. Really disappointed !! Customer service has no value here.. Don't know why the employees behaved like that..

Never gonna have a Pizza at Dominos.. especially at this...
