When I last visited on Real Arabia (20-07-2022). I am totally disappointed.The hotel dinning is converted to Ac to Non Ac and the dinning area is exposed to the dusty road. Me and my friend checked in by 9.15 pm ordered starter dishes and juices which are shown in the menu, the guy who take the orders wearing a t shirt make sure the orders and went to the kitchen then he came back to the the dinning area ,After few more minutes he was busy with the other customers ,who had ordered the chicken alfham is served first.After some more time around 9.45 pm he suddenly came to us and told the dishes we ordered is not available and he simply walked to other customer who called and then into the kitchen area .My friend who is starved pretty much neglect my proposal to go to another hotel and he ordered a chilly chicken and kerala porotta with the juices same as he ordered first to the t shirt guy and I order nothing for godsake around 10.10 pm at the point of exhaustion he served the thing my friend orders expect the juices.starved and frustrated my friend started eating the food and I asks drinking hot water to the other gut in uniform and he served within no time suddenly my friend stops eating and said to me let's go and I asked him what happened he sadly says that the chilly chicken they served is not fresh and he told me to taste it.i literally taste a piece from chilly chicken and I felt it is deep frozened chicken and don't know how much days or month and its taste like really weird. I recently purchased from Real Arabia, and the experience was a mixed bag. Unfortunately, the quality of the food wasn't up to par, which was a letdown.

However, what redeemed the experience was the restaurant owner's response when I brought the issue to their attention. They apologized sincerely, investigated the matter, and resolved it promptly. The owner assured me that steps would be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

While the initial quality issue was a disappointment, the owner's commitment to customer satisfaction and quality is commendable. With a bit more attention to food quality, Real Arabia could easily become a top-rated spot.
