Because I feel that your reply is utterly misguided and misinformed. Firstly in your cafe, leaving us nobody bothers to pack up the games they play. We are a responsible group of adults. Last Friday, it was pitch dark since there was electrical maintenance going on. So we had put the scrabble block inside your scrabble box and kept it on the table at downstairs. I feel, you can see the same on your camera footage. Also as you mentioned that you have camera footage, you must be able to see that not only do we pack the scrabble after playing it everday but also keep it at the designated place too. For the sake of saving your position in google review, do not provide misguided information. Secondly, we order much before the closing time, we order food and drinks one after the other. Please be informed you have a cafe not a restaurant. We start with coffee,tea and then move to food, but by 9:50 we are asked to give our last order. Also, your chef refuses to punch orders post 9:45 attributing their concerns about you as an owner. Face the reality Sir, You and your staff don't get along well, seems like a huge communication gap. On our last communication, you had clearly mentioned that your last order time is 10:30 pm and the cafe closes at 11 p.m. However your staff comes around 9:45 p.m and asks for last order. Kindly mention your last order time and the closing time. We shall be abide by the rules because it is the discreation of the owner and we respect that. Thirdly, you have not come to sort any situation out, we leave at 11:00 regularly which is the closing time of your cafe as informed by your entire staff and you. You basically came to take the Scrabble home which is extremely juvenile of you, however absolutely your choice.

Now, you have very sweetly put across all issues stating the staff has mentioned and seen problems, we request you to be present at the cafe anytime post 8 p.m on any day & request you to speak in presence of your staff. We respect the humane standards which is why we are really close to your staff and they share the innate working of the cafe attributing all their problems to you. Being in the hospitality industry, high time you learn the ropes of communication, be it with your staff or the guests. Try the humane-ness next time. Also, resort to truthfully communicating.

P.S: When you are having sitting downstairs, no staff is available downstairs to give orders or clean the tables. As you are really believe in showing proofs like camera footages, we too can show you innumerable proofs to show you that for each and every order, we have to call up your staff who are constantly on the first floor. I dont blame your staff as they mention that they are in manpower shortage. So we never fuss about that and we wait paitently from them to come. Basics like water and tissue paper are not on table. Your staffs need to be reminded before they actually come and give you.

We come to your cafe everyday because we found out this cafe to be a good hangout zone after a long day at work but such juvenile behaviour from the owner is not expected.

Dear Owner,

I have been a regular at your cafe since last October 2023. We come here each and every day. When I mean regular, it is everyday single day. After the end of days work, we come here for a cup of tea and play scrabble till the cafe closes at 11 p.m.

Initially we faced a problem, when a staff of yours mentioned that you had taken the scrabble since you did not want us to play. If you remember, we had a talk over phone and you mentioned that it was for a day because you needed it at home. But on speaking with your staff, we came across the problem that your staff is refusing to stay till 11 p.m since they are not paid appropriately.

We as a customer have the right to stay at your cafe till it is open. As you mentioned that the last order is at 10:30 p.m but your staff always mentions that 10 p.m is the last order. It also happens that we order food at 10 p.m and the food comes at 10:40 p.m. Then at 10:45 p.m , your staff keeps on bugging us till we pay even before we have finished our food because they have to close the accounts and go home. And they mention everyday that they are not paid well ( which is offcourse your decision) so they can't wait for us to finish our food.

If we can be so understandable to pay even before we have finished our food for your staff to leave at 11 p.m, why you as an owner can't be considerate with your regular guests?

Your staff even mentioned today that you took the scrabble because you don't want us to play. Is it worth coming to a place where you treat your customers like these?

This Friday, like everyday we came and ordered for a cup of team and started playing Scrabble. Suddenly at 10 p.m, all the lights were put off at downstairs because the cafe was going some electrical maintenance work. We were understanding enough to sit at dark. But lights were on in the first floor because there were other guests. No one in your cafe bothered to ask us or tell us to go upstairs. Is this a treatment you give to your regulars?

I thought of settling the matter over phone or meeting you in person but I feel Google review is the best platform to mention our thoughts about your cafe.
