We had ordered seafood Ramen bowl. The only bad thing about all the good things was the quality of the food ingredients. The shrimp were all tasteless, as if I was eating shrimp made of rubber that had been boiled before and all the water had been drained. This is the first time I've eaten such tasteless artificial shrimp. They had also put ingredients something like oysters that was spreading fungi like smell in this rainy season. That fungi smell from few ingredients was very bad.

The real USP of a restaurant is the quality of its food and the ingredients they are using. That quality is missing in our Seafood Ramen bowl.

On 28th August 2024 I ordered 14 Plate Chowman Special Fried Rice, 7 Plate Pan Fried Chilli Fish, 1 Plate Rice with Asian Greens and 1 Plate Chilli Paneer of Total billing value Rs. 7742/- in our Office at Sikkim Commerce House, Middleton Street. All 14 Colleagues including myself are suffering from Food Poisining since since 28th Night. We could not attend Office yesterday. One of our colleague who has taken veg dish felt no problem. Today some of us attended office, is quite well, but not cured properly. Continuing the Antibiotic.

The feedback centre of Chowman called me several times, I have attended all the ph calls, but no positive result. Their attitude is very much negative.

Went there to have some lip-smacking Chinese recipes. Well! Honestly I am perfectly satisfied with the quality and quantity of the foods they provided . Staffs were cooperative and also their recommendations are excellent. We ordered Chicken steam momo of 8pcs and Smoky Basa fish as starter and Chowman special rice with chilly shredded pork as main course. Momos were juicy, filled with chicken and the coating was very thin and was heavenly with the momo sauce. Smoky Basa fish was flavourful with capcicum, onion etc. The Smoky flavour was too good with hot and sweet taste. Chowman special rice is highly recommended for those who love to have mushroom, egg , chicken and prawn together in fried rice. Chilly pork was awesome. Porks were very soft and perfectly tossed in the sauce. I really had the greatest chinese food experience in Chowman....
