I was absolutely shocked and disappointed by what was served to me as a "Cottage Cheese Salad" at your outlet. What I received was nothing short of a disaster – a sad mixture of sandwich filling carelessly dumped into a bowl with a couple of raw cheese slices thrown on top. This is not a salad by any culinary or even basic customer expectation standards.

Your staff casually mentioned, "This is how we make it." That response is not only unprofessional but downright insulting to anyone who expects honesty, quality, and basic respect for food names and customer choices.

If this is genuinely your “recipe” for a salad, it’s misleading, lazy, and reflects poorly on your brand. It was soggy, poorly mixed, and had no freshness, balance, or presentation — just a mess of sandwich stuffing passed off as a salad.

This coffee place located on the 2nd floor of South City Mall, used to be a regular of ours, until very recently. We had gone there in the afternoon and it was busy, but not full. We had ordered a cold coffee and a lime cola plus a food dish. After 40 mins, when we asked the waiter how long it's going to take, he replied nonchalantly and left and then flat out IGNORED us when we called him multiple times, served every other customer and pretend not to even see. We asked for a refund and only then the manager came in and apologized and brought out two drinks, but no food. And it had been an hour by then. Forget the refund, they didn't even bother with that and we were so tired and disappointed and frankly insulted, we left. A loss of 1.2k but more importantly a horrible HORRIBLE service experience. Nice and cozy café located right beside Starmark and Chili's. A variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available like sandwiches, burgers, pizza, pasta, and so on. There are alo a lot of options in the beverages and drinks sections such as tea, coffee, smoothies, shakes, etc., all of which taste delicious. The food is quite good and the quantity per plate is just about enough for one person. Service is usually fast, and the staff are helpful.

However, the price is a bit on the higher side, especially if you consider add-ons such as fries, mayonnaise, cheese, whipped cream, etc. But still would recommend if you are looking to grab a quick bite in South City.
