Domino's Pizza | Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Kolkata — Restaurant in Kolkata

We were 8 people from Mumbai who visited Kolkata and today we decided to have dinner at Dominos Quest outlet(Park circus). The server who was taking down the order said he don't have thumbs up if we want we can get it from outside. So we did get it from outside but while we were eating he started commenting us from the counter that sir apka cast problem hai kitna bhi bolo you will remain uneducated. We 4 girls were wearing Naqaab which anyone can see and say that we belong from a Muslim family. Is this the way one should provide their hospitality by saying that this is the cast problem. Your restaurant don't even have water to drink while eating what if someone gets choked. I don't think so that there is anything to LINK with the caste if someone is getting a bottle of thumbs up from outside which your restaurant do not have. The restaurants AC was switched off we people were feeling so uneasy sitting there but still we didn't complain. Instead of that the person who took down our order was commenting in our religion continuously I don't Understand what kind of schools or university do you come from where you have been taught to comment on someone's religion. We got very disappointed the worst experience we ever had. Will never ever want to come back here. How dare the person comment on our religion. We felt so bad in front of so many people he is saying all this we left that place then and there as we felt...

Never going to recommend this place to anyone ever in my life . It was few days ago me and my boyfriend went to this place and ordered 2 regular sized barbecue chicken pizza(₹119*2=₹238) a garlic bread stick(₹109) with a chessy dip(₹25)and 1 coke.(₹60)It's obvious that i was looking through the menu while ordering it. Not to mention was even keeping track of the amount. So according to my calculation it would nearly cost around ₹432. So let's say it would cost me around ₹500 Inc of all taxes. But when I proceeded to make the payment it was freaking ₹735! I just cannot understand why it would cost me extra ₹200? I even waited for my bill as they would give it along with my order, but in the bill they never wrote anything about it. They just gave the grand total. I couldn't evn understood that which item costed me more and how much tax did I gave!! Worst experience ever from now onwards I'll rather prefer other pizza...

Such a fraud you are. I had ordered pizza from this branch via Zomato, which was prepaid and they kept me waiting for more than an hour, after which they cancelled my order. It was 1.30 am at night and i was patiently waiting till 3am when they suddenly cancelled my order. The delivery person had picked up my order from Domino's and just randomly roamed here and there as I could track him. I'm sure these people might have just consumed my order since it was paid. None of their numbers worked, I called 10000 times... Even Zomato didn't help. Such pathetic service. Harassing people to another level. This Domino's branch is just 5 mins from my location, and it took more than an hour for these guys to send my order, and that too they cancelled it, and when they suddenly cancelled the delivery person was 4 mins from my location. Work properly or else don't work, stop harrassing people....
