The City Wok — Restaurant in Kolkata

It was crowded inthe afternoon....my father and i went in for lunch as my mom was having a minor surgery nearby. They completely ignored and overlooked us. Tgere was no space to keep pur bags we had to eat with our bags in our laps....it was soo congested. Asked to change table when it cleared sonewhat wasnt allowed to do so. And when the food came it was stone cold except the soup. When we complained they told us in raised tones that the food got cold because we didnt have it in time. Like seriously! No decency whatsoever. Very unprofessional. If cannot handle crowd why open a business in the first place. They even had the audacity to tell my father that i should change my behaviour because i protested. And they have all the rights to raise their tones! Very very bad experience. People should know not to project their anger on others qhen they cannot handle the workload! Edited....you were not polite. It is the customer who judges if you were polite or not not the server himself. And yes hope you are in a better mood to handle public relations and professionalism if i ever visit your restaurant in the future. Do not tell me you didnt raise your voice because you yourself know it is not true. You disrespected me and my father....and then u blamed and abused me. You expect me to sit quietly and take this in. Ridiculous people! Also the fact that you are arguing with me over my own reviews which is my own right shows just how polite you were. Food - 3/5 (rating as per their combo) Quantities are okies according to 199 or 249 combos..but the 4pcs of chili fish or chicken you get together will be an single piece of a normal restaurant.. and except noodles and chili fish all are average.. Ambience - 3/5 ( nice, but too small place, though this is a new starp up or restaurant, the distance between two tables are very less. Services - 2/5 (they dont provide water bottles on their table also, you have to ask for water they will come up with a glass and provide water again you finish that you have to call them again and ask to fill ur glass, only few service man is there but this thing i really dont like)

All youtube/Facebook hyped places are not good enough to give a try influencers please provide...

Very very worst experience. This is not the place where we can go with family because the staff behaviour are totally unprofessional and rude as well.

They are making fun of customers and laughing unnecessary its feel very uncomfortable for anyone.

Even in middle of lunch they switch off the ac as well we have requested that don't do it it's too hot then he replied no it's fine and you feel hot then finish your food in hurry and go out after that we left the food and left out immediately.

We did not face this kind of customer service in my entire life so please avoid that kind of place.

I don't want to give any star but I have to give him because I want to share this to all.
