Bombay Taco Co. — Restaurant in Mumbai

Happened to visit this stunning place yesterday. This is the only place in Bandra where one can have Authentic Mexican cuisine. A perfect place to have signature tacos with the in-house combination.

“BOMBAY TACO CO” is a stunning place located in Bandra, this place can be easily accessible. This place is known for Authentic Mexican quick bite options with beverages. They have a variety of tacos to try out.

The Ambience looks pretty, the small place has a limited seating arrangement Indoor and outdoor. Service was excellent as the staff was friendly.

WE HAD THE FOLLOWING

1)CHICKEN FRIED TACO- Started with this signature combination. Fried chicken with flavours stuffed in a taco. It tasted scrumptious as it was delightful to have it. The chicken was marinated to perfection. The crispy fried chicken tasted well, the presentation was on point.

2)CHICKEN 65 TACO- Yet another classic taco to have for non-vegetarians. Fried chicken with hot sauce stuffed to perfection. It tasted delicious, the combination went well. The quantity was sufficient as 3 pieces were sufficient and it was well presented.

3)PRAWN KOLIWADA TACO- We took this signature taco since it had a unique combination. Tender prawns fried to perfection and stuffed in a taco. It tasted scrumptious as the combination went well. The presentation was top class.

4)LYCHEE GINGER- Had this less sweet signature mocktail. It tasted refreshing and delightful to have it.

5)BOMBAY MEXICAN CHAAT- This is a Mexican chat which contains corn, nachos, peanuts and veggies along with a sufficient amount of chicken. It was mixed with medium spicy chutney. It tasted scrumptious. The quantity was sufficient and it was well presented.

Overall it was a memorable experience. All the sustenances that I attempted were extremely delicious. The presentation was excellent. If you’re searching for a place to have tacos then I would surely recommend this place. We would be planning our next visit soon.

One of the best tacos I have recently had. This place has great options and every taco is generously stuffed giving every bite the perfect deliciousness. I truly enjoyed every single item I had here and would definitely go back to this place and enjoy it once more. • Jackfruit Windaloo Taco :- The jackfruit taco has blown my mind. With a nice soury after taste and delicious soft tacos this was one amazing. Was made with goan vinegar, solkadi and kachumbar. • Prawn Koliwada Taco :- The classic tandoori fried prawns, guacamole and hot sauce. A perfect blend of flavours complimenting every bite. The crispyness of the prawns stood out and gave the taco a perfect balance. • Kasundi Fish Taco :- Mustard Fish Fingers, raw mango capsicum salad and honey mustard mayo. The fish was perfectly cooked, went well with the soft taco and the salad was cherry on top for the overall dish. • Butter Chicken Taco :- Smoked Makhani, Lacha Kanda Slaw and topped with chaas. This one sounds different and the flavours were definitely different. One of the best butter chicken tacos I have had and super delicious. Would recommend this one any day. • Steak Chilli Fry Taco :- Buff tenderloin, grilled bell pepper and cheese sauce. If you're a steak fan this one's for you. I would say just go for it without a second thought. One of the best steak tacos I had. • Calcutta Mutton Taco :- Bengali Mutton, red cabbage kachumbar and mustard mayo. Oh well what do I say, only few people excel in mutton and this place absolutely stood out. The tacos are so good that every bite is full of deliciousness. • Cheese Steak Fries :- One of the best steak fried I had. Perfectly cooked and so good. Had the amazing eggy texture and was so delicious that I could literally gulp 3 serves and still be left wanting for more. • Pineapple Kambocha :- A soury drink which goes well with the tacos. If you enjoy drinks on the sour side this one's for you. • Lychee Ginger :- The ginger punch after every sip had me. Went well...

My eyes have been at Bombay Tacos from the time they have opened, their unique menu of tacos and interiors is something that's very eye catching

From tacos, to fries, corn ribs, drinks they got you covered, it also has a indoor and outdoor seating area which is great

We had the following:

▪️Pineapple Kombucha & Lychee Ginger: Super refreshing drinks, kombucha has a lot of benefits so it's perfect and the other is great for someone who loves a strong ginger taste in their drinks

▪️Corn Ribs - Chilli Lime Desi Bhutta & Bombay Mex Taco: This was recommended to us by their team and so gald we tried it, it has the tanginess of lime and chilli mixed with the sweetness of corn, should be tired The other was sort of deconstructed taco served in a bowl, has pieces of taco, salsa, guacamole and Jalapenos, had great flavors

▪️Kanda Bhajji Taco & Sweet Potato Ghee Roast Taco: Never thought these can be turned to tacos, the first has lettuce, avacado chutney, kanda bhajji topped with theca mayo - the crunchy bhajji is the usp of the taco The second had sweet potato, masala, mint coriander chutney and sour cream, when comes together the taste is supreme

▪️Butter Chicken Taco & Chicken 65 Taco: The first had soft pieces of chicken with makhani gravy and pickle onions was amazing. The second has fried chicken, guacamole and hot sauce which is a fab combo and has good taste

▪️Amristari Fish Taco & Prawn Koliwada Taco: The first has succulent pieces of fish fingers with cabbage kochumbar and avacado chutney is scrumptious and very flavorful The second consists of guacamole, Hot Sauce and tandoori marinated prawns, one cannot go wrong with this combo, everything about this is appetising

Three tacos come is one servicing which is filling, the service is fast and they help you to understand the flavors, the outlet is celebrating pride month which is amazing
