If a place gives a sense of comfort to work, chill or simply reflect then it is this cafe. Nestled at a junction, this cafe is ideal for freelancers to just sit and work or conduct meeting or in this day and age of work from home, this serves as the perfect getaway if the 4 walls of ones house begins to stare back at you. Right from the security guard who greets you with a warm smile and pleasant disposition doing a very monotonous job of checking temperature and offering sanitizer, to the staff at the counter who tries to help you with the choices to the server who offers you her employee discount coupon, it reeks of customer engagement. I have never really been a big fan of the Starbucks Coffee but i guess the tactical products to the food to the service with a smile really draws you to the place. It was interesting to see a team meeting in progress, a 'get to know each other' meeting, individuals working in their cozy little corner or simply catching up with a friend while passing through Bandra vibe, all of it happening at the same time. The place has a great indoor outdoor vibe with high walls to keep the sound and prying eyes away from the guests.
