Cafe Heaven — Restaurant in Mumbai

I ordered chilli chicken and fried rice from swiggy! Where their chilli chicken was only showing dry! So while placing the order I wrote in a cooking instruction that make it gravy! Also gave rider voice instruction! And when the driver reached at restaurant. I also called at that time. But they still made dry chilli chicken without read the instructions! So what's the point of giving that option? And what's the point of writing it?? I don't want that food! Give me my money return! Both rider and restaurant people not even helpful, very rude! I don't want that food! Do something!

I paid and I have given cooking instruction. You know that there's a option called 'cooking instruction' so my point is when we place order we can easily say that 'tikha mat banao blah blah' but when we write in that why the restaurant...

Is this what you called a pulao. I was craving to eat mutton pulao and I ordered a plate of mutton pulao parcel. After reaching home when I opened the parcel the food was smelling like yell. The pulao was extremely tasteless and smelled like it yelled. The rice was overcooked but the stinky taste of mutton was as if the mutton was 4 to 5 days old. It was overwhelmed with a lot of turmeric and just masala. I just took a small bite of the rice and vomited the entire food into the basin. Unfortunately the food went straight into the dustbin instead of my stomach. Really disappointing taste especially in terms of rice. Be it biryani pulao or fried rice. I ordered just one rice with gravy and fell so sick I cannot even walk around freely. Acute diarrhoea at workplace that's far away from you home.. how's that? I will never ever order from here again. The chicken was chewy, the gravy smelt off.. but didn't complain as it had garlic inside. But I'd love to know what oil did you use, cos it comes really cheap to you as you used it as more than half the ingredients of the gravy. Hope you don't kill...
