Cottage Grill — Restaurant in Mumbai

We place regular orders with our family’s favorite restaurant Cottage Grill. The packaging is good and delivery is in time. All time favorites of my family Soups Chicken Shorba soup it is traditional chicken soup made with coriander and chicken stock, topped with chopped chicken pieces my parents love it. Rolls Chicken malai roll. It is amazing, chicken was tender soft, and my parents relished it. Paneer tikka roll. It is mind blowing, chunks of paneer, onions, tomatoes, capsicum, in tikka masala. I savor each bite of it.

Starters Paneer sholay kebab: It is cubes of paneer marinated with curd and spiced and then grilled on charcoal along with cubed bell peppers and onion. It is loaded with cheese paneer is soft; there are big chunks of paneer. It is grilled to the perfection; it is heaven for paneer lover. Chicken Reshmi Kebabs: Big chucks of Chicken grilled to the perfection, it is juicy and tender. It is accompanied by salad and mint chutney. My Mum’s favorite. Chicken Spring roll It is crispy outside stuffed with finely chopped Chinese vegetables like cabbage, carrots, capsicum and French beans and shredded chicken. It is accompanied with spicy sauce. It is tasty my parents relish it. Kung poa chicken It is delicious with lots of bell peppers. My sister’s choice. Veg platter They are four different types of kebabs. They customized it for me two paneer starters and two veg starters. It had Paneer tikka, Paneer Reshmi Tikka, stuff tandoori Aloo and Veg seekh kebabs. Each one of them is delicious, paneer is soft. It is my favorite dish. Non veg platter The platter had four varieties of chicken kebabs like Chicken Reshmi, Chicken Malai, Chicken Pahadi and Chicken Tikka. Each one of them is amazing.

Main course Butter Chicken Boneless Chicken pieces are marinated and tandoored to the perfection. The gravy is thick, not so spicy but delicious.

Paneer Lawabdar is soft paneer cooked with red and yellow bell peppers, onion, and tomato in brown gravy. It is topped with fresh cream and cheese. It is mind blowing; it tasted amazing with the naan. Garlic naan is soft and topped with butter and garlic. Biryani Chicken Dum Biryani: It is yummy, perfect blend of spices and flavor; the boneless chicken pieces are tender and juicy. It is not oily; the Biryani rice also was full of flavor. Veg raita: It was nice; curd was thick and creamy, made with chopped vegetables like cucumber and tomato. It came along with the Biryani.

Paneer Tikka Biryani It has Chucks of Paneer capsicum onions very well marinated and grilled to the perfection. Paneer is soft; it is wonderful blend of spice and flavor. I had paneer Biryani after a long time, this one was one of the best Paneer Biryani I ever had, It was...

WHAT I TRIED :-

1. Chicken Banjara Kebab (Rs. 250)

Well Cooked Kebab Served with Mint Chutney. Perfectly Spiced Chicken, Absolutely Delicious. Even without the Mint Chutney it tasted so good. Quantity is also Good Enough.

2. Stuffed Tandoori Aloo (Rs. 215)

This was something really unique, I had never tried something like this. It looked Like a Veg Roulade and it Tasted Nice, Its Crispy on the Outside Juicy and Tasty on the Inside. Tandoori Aloo was so flavourful and so was the Stuffing. Vegetarian Lovers Must Try this.

3. Butter Chicken Pizza (Rs. 410)

I am a Pizza Lover, and have tried a Lot of Pizzas but this is One of the Best. Chunks of Delicious Butter Chicken and Loaded with Cheese, This was Literally Heaven on Earth. Good Enough for 3 People. This Pizza is Totally Worth it. Personally this was My Favourite.

4. Crispy Chicken (Rs. 250)

I love Spice and this was One of my Favourites Here. Crisp on the Outside and Juicy chicken on the Inside. Indian Chinese is an All time Favourite. This is another one you cannot miss out here.

5. Cottage Grill Special Chicken with Laccha Paratha (Rs. 310 & Rs. 40)

After Such Delicious Appetizers, The Main Course Was Probably the Star. This Cottage Grill Special Chicken was Heavenly. This was Medium Spicy and Had a Slight Hint of Coconut Milk, Giving this a very rich flavour. Its Definitely something I could have again and again. Served with Laccha Paratha which was buttery and flaky. The Pairing was Spot On.

6. Blue Lagoon (Rs. 95)

This is Very Refreshing, this is one drink you cannot miss out on when you are here. Perfect Sweet and Perfect Fizz. Absolutely a Must have.
