Order no. 21060827. Placed order at 7pm. Its 8:30pm now no one arrived. I finally called the branch (who btw never bothered to even call us in all this while). They are giving excuses like 'rider nahi aaya and rush tha isliye phone nahi kar sake' (does professionlism exist? What does a customer have to do with all this?) and so on and saying they will make the burger now and send it. We have already made alternative arrangements now so we want a refund.
