This KFC is an absolute disgrace to the brand.🤢
The first time I came here, I thought the disaster I experienced was just bad luck. I waited in a painfully slow line with only two people ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, the cashier told me to “wait” and wandered off to pour drinks and handle other orders — instead of simply taking mine first. After making me wait even longer, they spent another 20 minutes “preparing” my food. When I finally sat down, my burger was cold, tasteless, and I didn’t even get a straw. My milkshake was disgusting. 🤮🤮🤮 I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. The very next day, I came back and was told I couldn’t pay by card at the counter and had to use the self-service terminal. Then, the cashier added that I could only pay with an Indian bank card. He personally walked me to the terminal — fully knowing my card would not work there — which is exactly what happened. This makes no sense, because the day before I had paid by card at the counter without any problem. On the counter, they said it was “cash or Indian bank card only.” It felt less like a policy and more like a deliberate way to make certain customers uncomfortable. The cashier smirked right in my face while lying.
This isn’t an isolated case. This branch clearly has a serious problem with staff attitude, especially towards foreign customers. That’s unacceptable for a global brand that claims to have service standards. Here, those standards don’t exist. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
And to top it all off — the ceiling leaks directly onto the tables, and the 3rd floor doesn’t even have a window. This is not KFC. This is a filthy, depressing place that feels more like a punishment than a restaurant. Shut it down or fix it — but stop calling it...

My order included a Roll Meal Box and a Chocolate Lava Cake, but upon delivery, the American Nashville Roll was missing. I immediately contacted KFC’s customer service and was informed that no vehicle was available to deliver the missing item. Instead, I was advised to place another small order so that the missing roll could be sent along with it. Trusting this response, I placed an additional order for Medium Chicken Popcorn, which meant I had to spend extra money unnecessarily. However, when the second order arrived, the roll was still missing, which was completely unacceptable. I tried calling KFC multiple times, but my calls were ignored. I also reached out to Zomato’s customer service, and while their representative tried to assist me by contacting KFC on my behalf, KFC ignored their calls as well. Read moreIt was a rainy day, I was heading to my office so i thought I'll take some food with me so i stopped at KFC, i was riding alone so had a lot of stuff with me, my helmet, bag, raincoat. A girl named Blessing working there, very sweet and kind. She helped me with my order and as i had a lot of stuff with me already she asked if she could help me place my food in my sling bag. No one ever did that, just asking its a very small thing to ask but it does say one thing the Team at KFC does care about the customers. Evrything was so quick i didn't have to wait for more than 2-3 mins. They were so busy already because of many orders but managed to do it on time. Hats off to the team, I usually don't put reviews as such but as I am from a Hospitality Background, the way evrything happened there starting from the door man wishng me good afternoon till leaving, everything felt as if KFC does care about their customers.
