I recently discovered Loyka, and honestly, it’s one of those hidden gems that you immediately feel lucky to have found. The place is brand new, super cute, and has such a warm, welcoming vibe—it’s the perfect spot for a chill hangout. What really stood out to me was the owners; they’re so sweet and genuinely care about making your experience special. It’s definitely a family-friendly place, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into creating a space where everyone feels at home.
Now, let’s talk about the food! We had the dark chocolate hot chocolate, and it was so good. It was thick, rich, and just the right level of indulgence—not too sweet, just pure chocolatey goodness. We paired it with a butter croissant, which was flaky, buttery, and absolutely perfect—honestly, the kind of croissant you dream about. And then came the tres leches. I’ve had my fair share of tres leches in Mumbai, but this one? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. It was soft, moist, and had just the perfect balance of sweetness. I could have eaten three more slices if I’m being honest.
The service was also on point. The servers were super friendly, attentive, and really took the time to understand our preferences. They made great recommendations and it felt like they genuinely wanted to make our experience memorable. As a nice touch, the owner was kind enough to offer us a taste of their almond brittle chocolate, which is a bestseller on Amazon. And wow, it was absolutely delicious—crispy, sweet, with a nice little crunch.
I’m already planning my next visit, and I’m especially excited to try their pistachio tres leches, which I hear is a must-try and the only place in Mumbai serving it. If you’re looking for a spot with amazing food, a great ambiance, and lovely people, Loyka is definitely one...
Read moreI recently visited Loyka in Bandra and had such a delightful experience! It’s a cozy, aesthetic little café with a warm, inviting vibe — perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying some quiet time alone.
I tried the Korean cheese bun, which was incredibly soft, slightly sweet, and had the perfect balance of cheese flavor without being overpowering. It was freshly baked and had that comforting, melt-in-your-mouth texture. A definite must-try if you’re into savory pastries with a twist.
Next, I had the Matilda cake (mini) and it completely stole the show! Rich, dense, and topped with gooey chocolate syrup — it was indulgent in the best way possible. If you’re a chocolate lover, this dessert won’t disappoint. It reminded me of those classic, over-the-top chocolate cakes you see in movies.
The staff was polite and the service was quick, even though the place was fairly busy. Overall, Loyka is a hidden gem in Bandra with some unique offerings on their menu. I’ll definitely be returning...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the so-called “fruit” ice cream I received from your shop. It’s shocking how something advertised as fruit-based turned out to be filled with artificial flavours and synthetic ingredients. There was absolutely no trace of real fruit — just a chemical aftertaste that made the experience unpleasant and frankly concerning for health.
For the price you charge, I expected genuine, quality ingredients — not something that feels mass-produced and unhealthy. This is not only misleading but also a total waste of money and a risk to customers’ well-being. Please stop advertising these products as fruit ice cream when they are nothing more than artificial flavour mixes.
I value transparency and honesty in food businesses, and unfortunately, your product failed on both counts. I sincerely hope you reconsider your ingredients and quality standards before more customers lose trust and walk...
