It’s definitely a family-friendly place, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into creating a space where everyone feels at home.

Now, let’s talk about the food! We had the dark chocolate hot chocolate, and it was so good. It was thick, rich, and just the right level of indulgence—not too sweet, just pure chocolatey goodness. We paired it with a butter croissant, which was flaky, buttery, and absolutely perfect—honestly, the kind of croissant you dream about. And then came the tres leches. I’ve had my fair share of tres leches in Mumbai, but this one? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. It was soft, moist, and had just the perfect balance of sweetness. I could have eaten three more slices if I’m being honest.

It’s shocking how something advertised as fruit-based turned out to be filled with artificial flavours and synthetic ingredients. There was absolutely no trace of real fruit — just a chemical aftertaste that made the experience unpleasant and frankly concerning for health.

For the price you charge, I expected genuine, quality ingredients — not something that feels mass-produced and unhealthy. This is not only misleading but also a total waste of money and a risk to customers’ well-being. Please stop advertising these products as fruit ice cream when they are nothing more than artificial flavour mixes.

I value transparency and honesty in food businesses, and unfortunately, your product failed on both counts. I sincerely hope you reconsider your ingredients and quality standards before more customers lose trust and walk...
