Last week, I visited the McDonald’s Café near Churchgate Station with a friend, his wife, and their adorable one-year-old daughter. Located just a short walk from the station, the café is easy to find and perfect for a casual outing in the heart of South Mumbai.

We ordered a few classic favorites — French Fries, McCafé Coffee, and Iced Tea. The fries were served hot and crispy, just the way they should be. They were a big hit with all of us, especially the little one who couldn’t stop reaching for them! The McCafé coffee was rich, well-brewed, and had that signature McCafé aroma that always hits the spot. Dear Mc Management, today a incident happened in your churchgate Mc donalds. I work in zomato so i went there to pick up the order on your take away counter where i met Bhagyashree she asked me to give my phone to check the order and when i gave my phone to her she said please open google i thought its maybe because of server she is asking! But when i opened google from my phone she snatched my phone and searched churchgate Mc Donalds and then she rated 5 star to churchgate Mc Donalds from my phone without my permission, i think if she would have requested me for 5 star its not a big thing i would have happily given 5 star. You guys need to give a proper training to your team that how to earn the ratings not to steal the ratings from riders or any walkin people.

After talking to the Manager Mr. Dev he said i am not aware of this what is she doing then how you guys are running your cafe when manager is not aware what is happening in cafe in his presence. MY BIG 1 STAR TO YOU GUYS...
