Firstly the place is in no way 3 stars. It's more like 1 if you can even give it that. The room was dirty, toilet was dirty, bedsheets had stains all over, pillow covers were like 20 years old and probably did not even change them from the guests before us. They were full of hair and smelly. The room stank so bad, I don't think they even open the windows to let fresh air a bit. Talking about windows, the window has like 30cm in front of it, another building that is about to collapse. Our room was in the second floor and directly besides the elevator. You could hear everything that happened in the elevator shaft and in the elevator. Also what happened outside the room. So loud you could not even sleep. The AC worked but only in one setting. No towels or toilet paper were in the room, they had to be requested. The towels smelled to wet dog and is not an exageration, we did not even use them. The rooms are also way to small, no comparison to the pictures. The rooms are way to overpriced. We requested to change the room but it was not possible. Lucky for us we only spent like 9h in that place.

Very nice budget hotel foe business purpose at the heart of the city. Walking distance to Churchgate and CST Railway stations. No parking space which is unfortunate. It might be difficult to spot from the road as it is situated in a bylane and lot of construction works going on in the vicinity. Rooms were nice with hot water, AC, Cable TV and free Wi-Fi. There is a small wardrobe for clothes, a study table and chair which is adequate for work. Bed and blanket were nice and soft. They provided a double bed and two pillows plus cushion. Bathroom was spotless clean. They provide soap shampoo and bathing towel but no toothpaste and brush. They can provide electric kettle on demand, but I couldn't get an iron box which most other hotels do provide. Also they don't provide complimentary water bottles, which is understandable due to budget nature. Staff are friendly and helpful. Desk person is available round the clock for any time check in and checkout. Overall happy with the stay and would recommend to anyone who would like stay for business in the city area.

The hotel room was suffocatingly small, with barely enough space to move around. The bed seemed to have lost its comfort ages ago, offering a sleepless night on what felt like a lumpy mattress with lot of stains on it. The service was painfully sluggish; The room service was as terrible as it could be. During checkout not even a mere 10 minutes were allowed for us to keep our luggage after the time,Even though we entered 14hrs after the check in time. The bathroom was a miniature disaster, with the shower resembling a leaky faucet and the sink so close to the toilet that using either felt like a contortionist act.We even spotted a cockroach in the room even tho none of the windows were opened. The rooms were filled with mosquitoes thereby compelling us to use 2 mosquito repellent machines which might be quite suffocating for a lot of people to talk about. It was an overall unpleasant stay, leaving a lasting impression of discomfort and disappointment
