We were in BKC area and wanted to go for Fine Dine after finishing our work. So we decided to go to Trident to try their Buffet. Its a very good fine dine place to eat at. One of the must tries if you are in this area. Its on the right side of the entrance on ground floor. Staff is very prompt and warm always ready to help. We being a blogger couple and they treated us and others the same way so I was happy to know that everyone is equally important for them. The food was perfect. Flawless. Nothing to point your fingers at. I would def love to visit again for invite for special menus/days.

The entry here is just magical with rotational door and piano player greeting you with some soothing music. We went to the wine section and found plenty of imported drinks around.
Food - The food is good but not exceptional as expected going by the name of the brand it's associated with. Non veg section was sadly not so promising or was my day a little bad, not sure. But was disappointed with the options and taste. One of the salaami dish was just raw and fleshy and I could taste that and thought I made a mistake. Dessert section had plenty of varieties but to my surprise only 2-3 dishes got a respectable wow from me.
Staff - Staff is a quite polite and helpful. They have of bunch of young staff in their 20s or 30s. They are usually active but need a lot of experience to reach at this level. They billed me for 2 inspite of me having only 1 buffet and my wife accompanied me only for pasta. I told them to reverse and they did it. This is not acceptable when I had already discussed with their staff about this part. I just handed my cc to my wife assuming it will be done through wifi without adding pin and went to the washroom. When I was back I was told pin is required as the amount is over 5k. This is when it got clicked to me that they have charged me for 2. Thank god, i didn't tell the PIN to my wife. ...
Read moreWe went here to celebrate my husband’s birthday on Thursday evening. We opted for dinner buffet which was a big spread of Indian, Asian and European food. Their hospitality is top notch and there is always someone around you to assist you. We were served very cordially by Mr. Harsh and Mr. Naksh.
Coming to food, there were four appetisers, one chicken, one fish, one paneer and one gobi. They were all delicious, especially the Kerela style curry leaves flavoured fish.
We then tried baked potatoes, caramelised onion crepe, sushi, crackers and cheese, hummus with pita.
We heard that they serve great pizzas so we asked for two thin crust pizzas - One Margarita and one Chicken Afghani. They both were lip smacking. I think we had one of the best thin crust pizzas here.
My husband tried Chicken Biryani with creamy chicken gravy and I tried Hakka noodles with lemon chicken and chicken stroganoff. Biryani was not as spicy as you would expect it to be, but considering they serve international guests, we assumed they kept it light. Lemon chicken was the star for me and the noodles were tasty too.
They arranged a cute little truffle cake to celebrate my husbands birthday. That was a sweet gesture by them.
I would highly recommend O22 if you want to experience a sophisticated fine dine buffet with delicious food and great...
