Not a great experience. I went for dinner on my wife’s birthday. Good part was food service, and concise menu.
Negatives: Its too congested in small space with lot of table. Music was too loud gave me a headache, I mean I didn't see anyone dancing all of the guest were with family or friends and having dinner than why so loudd?! Too many waiters than number of table, It felt like bunch of waiters were continuously looking at us ( which felt a bit awkward at times), I mean I am not a paranoid person tbh but as couple we don’t want waiters to look at us continuously for an hour like a prison guards. Theres was no tissue box on table, seemed strange. Guys of table allocation tried to act cool and was acting like a Salesman (He said, “This is the best table we got”) while the table was next of big double sized base Speakers. Then when I later complained which they reacted with a smile (as if you got to bear Sir) then few minutes later moved (literally moved, 3 waiters lifted the whole table) near to another bunch of Speakers ( Damn! Felt awkward).
Near the end of our dinner the guys who were moving security poles (which was kept near our sitting area) were continuously starring oddly (at us and our food) literally every time they were coming to pick up the pole; Nothing major but bad experience of whole atmosphere got those stare emphasised.
I didn't enjoy tbh as they charged straight up 2k on reservation I thought it will be more like of “The Bastion” sort of ambience / atmosphere (Serene - where you feel spending more time and money) while it felt like “Socials” with triple the prize of dishes.
Just one last thing: I didn’t felt right about the quality of their servicing employees as well. I don’t know may be its the mannerisms / serving method / sharpness / internal communication etc. I know It can’t be compared with “The Bastion” but after the prize I paid for dinner, I must.
Wouldn’t...
Read moreI recently had a profoundly disappointing experience here, a place that claims to offer a super luxury dining experience. From the moment I entered, it was clear that this restaurant falls drastically short of its promises.
Upon arrival, the receptionist could not find my table booking, leaving me waiting for 25 minutes. Her demeanor was shockingly rude and unpleasant; she neither smiled nor communicated effectively, making me feel like an unwelcome outsider. Eventually, another staff member located my reservation in mere seconds, highlighting the initial incompetence. It was evident that the girls at the reception were random kids with no sense of hotel management; they could hardly communicate, adding to the overall frustration.
Our evening was supposed to be a celebration of my sister's birthday, but the service was abysmal. The waitstaff were shockingly incompetent, and the food was mediocre at best, far from what one would expect at a high-end establishment. Despite the exorbitant prices, everything tasted bland and uninspired. Worse yet, our main course never arrived. Despite repeated assurances that it was on the way, it never materialized.
Our complaints to the management were met with indifference. One manager even went into hiding, presumably overwhelmed by the constant flow of complaints. Although we were not charged for the meal, this did not compensate for the dreadful experience.
To make matters worse, I encountered a friend who was also dining at the restaurant, and they too had a similarly terrible experience, having to send most of their food back due to its poor quality.
The unprofessional reception staff, subpar food, and lack of accountability make it a place I strongly...
Read moreWe had a table reservation at 9:00 PM for which we even paid a cover charge. At 8:30 PM, we got a call threatening that if we didn’t show up on time, our table would be given away. Fair enough—we reached at 8:55 PM, but guess what? They made us wait till 9:30 PM, saying no table was available. That itself set the tone.
When we were finally seated, the sofa was wet and reeked of vomit. Absolutely disgusting. We called the staff, they casually said “sorry,” and made us wait again for another table. At this point, patience was running out.
We finally placed our first order at 9:48 PM, already frustrated, but decided to make the most of the night. But it only got worse.
At 10:20 PM, a waiter came to inform us that it's the “last order” and we’d have to vacate the table because it turns into a dance floor. This was never told to us at the time of booking or even when we were seated.
I asked for a dessert at 10:30 PM, and the waiter flat-out refused to serve any more food, and even took away our drinks and started clearing the table while we were still sitting there! The level of disrespect and arrogance was shocking—as if they were feeding us for free!
And just when we thought we were done, on the way out, we turned right toward the exit (as a table was blocking the straight path), and a staff member ran after us and yelled that we couldn’t go that way. What were we supposed to do—climb the table?
This place has no respect for customers, no basic service etiquette, and zero hospitality. I honestly don't know how this restaurant is still running.
If you’re planning to visit—don’t. Save your money, time, and dignity. Worst...
