Pahunchar Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

I went here with my fiancé for lunch. We were in mood for some good Chicken biryani and chicken starters. This place is located just next to Chaitanya. Since there was huge waiting at Chaintanya we decided to try some other place and after walking few meters we stumbled upon this place. And we were totally surprised by the food and service. We ordered Prawns koliwada, Chicken lollipop in starters, Chicken biryani and solkadi in mains. Prawns kolivada was okaish but we loved the chicken lollipop. Chicken was succulent and big pieces were given. It was totally worth it. We loved their Chicken biryani. Quantity was just perfect for two people after you have eaten starters. Their Solkadi was also amazing and little on the spicier side. But I loved it. Definitely a must try. Overall a great place for Maharashtrian non veg...

Had the worst experience at this place. I strongly believe the term Pahunchar means Hospitality this place is a literal antonym. The hostess is rude and the staff has zero manners. Food is the last thing they serve. 'Disrespecting staff' is the specialty here. We had asked them to combine tables for 7 pax. To which the hostess first agreed and then denied later. Since that was our agreement to enter. We moved to a nearby table and I requested the hostess to clear the table to which she said, "We don't follow things like this amidst the time " and "Dont tell my staff anything". The staff had thrown a plate on the table, that was a point break for us and we stormed out of the restaurant. I get it we should be protective of the staff but clearly not at the cost of...

I saw reel on Instagram. In that reel it's looks so nice. That's why I went yesterday to this hotel. But in reality I was waste my money. Teste was not good. Such a bad experience. Restaurant was not clean. They have not washroom in restaurant men's can adjust in public toilet even public toilets are not clen but they have to think for womens. I ordered- (starters)- Prawns Koli wada, crab lolipop, bombil fry, and for (main course) 1 chicken special thali, 1 mutton special thali, 1 prawns special thali, My bill was comes around 3000 All of the food is so tasteless and oily. All dishes was smelling so dirty and this restaurant is not qualified/able to earn 1 star it is qualified/able to earn less than 1 star. Seriously. Such a bad experience I ever had...
