My friends and I visited this dog cafe after being enticed by their Instagram ad. As dog lovers, we were excited to meet the adorable angels, but unfortunately, the experience left us disappointed.
First, despite paying for an hour, we were given only 51 minutes (I had set a stopwatch). This alone set a negative tone. The environment was also disheartening. The dogs were crammed into a small space where they were peeing and pooping, making the area feel unhygienic and stressful for both the dogs and visitors. The sheer number of dogs in such a limited space often led to fights, further highlighting the poor conditions.
What broke our hearts the most was seeing the state of the dogs. They appeared stressed, restless, and sadly, some even seemed drugged. Their sadness was evident—they weren’t enjoying themselves, and it felt as if they were being treated as mere props for entertainment. Handlers were forcing the dogs to pose for pictures with visitors, which was deeply upsetting. Dogs should never be coerced, especially when they are visibly stressed.
The slippery tiled floors were another concern. Some dogs had difficulty walking, which could easily lead to injuries. It was apparent that this space was not designed with their well-being in mind.
Sadly, most visitors didn’t seem to care about the welfare of the dogs. Many were there purely for social media content, oblivious to the stress these poor animals were enduring. The handlers, too, were complicit, forcing the dogs to engage with visitors even when it was clear they didn’t want to.
On three separate occasions, the handlers tried to force dogs to sit with us, but we refused and insisted that the dogs shouldn’t be forced to interact if they weren’t willing. As dog lovers, it was heartbreaking to see the dogs treated like entertainers, working to keep humans amused in exchange for food and shelter.
This cafe had the potential to be a wonderful place for dog lovers to connect with happy, well-cared-for animals. Instead, it felt like an exploitative environment where the dogs’ well-being was neglected. I cannot recommend this café to anyone who truly loves and...

Read moreOne of the best places to hangout with dogs if u don't have any of your own pet. They have good 20/25 dogs in total, not all r active😂 but they r just lovely so can't complain bout that😍. There's Huskies, Beagle, Pug, Dachshund and Lab. The staff is very well, they will stop u if you don't follow their rules which is absolutely important cuz some people purposely try to hold or take pic with the pets which people should not be doing so that is totally fine. People visiting MUST abide by their rules. U don't need to make reservations for weekdays but for weekend u need to make reservations beforehand. They have options for birthday party too, which u can contact them and get details from. They have their own page on Instagram where u can find info. The visiting time is one hour - 300Rs per person. Be ready to be flooded with dog hair all over ur body from first😂 so best avoid wearing black clothes while visiting. We went from 1:30-2:30 pm in which there was one feeding time so we got feed the dogs with bananas which the staff handed to us and there was play time too. Don't expect the dogs to come to u and be all playful, they'll be sleeping or they wud just want to lie down, so u have to be very patient and let them come to u and if u r lucky they'll even sit very peacefully in ur lap! Overall loved the time spent it was relaxing and fun, I don't have any pets and I love dogs, so I specially loved my time here and wud love to visit again sometime. Would totally recommend to any animal lover it's a place where u can have a peace of mind with so many...
