Starbucks — Restaurant in Mumbai

Today I visited the Starbucks BKC branch to get coffee for my team, and totally had the worst experience ever……order was incomplete, i trusted the staff and I just took my order, Siddhi told me that your is complete as per your order, but I was so embarrassed seeing the order, there were no straws for the coffee, and no details mentioned on the glasses & some order was missing. The incompetency level of your staff embarrassed me in front of my whole team which is not at all acceptable. Disha / Siddhi took the order and she literally ruined my team meeting and my day. It was not rush hour and still both were so lazy to atleast do their job right. I literally had to rush back to the store and get more coffees. They offered me free coffee but is that going to fix the embarrassment I had to face in front of my team?? Is this the level of service Starbucks has gone to? I am a regular customer at Starbucks but this experience has literally put me down!! Really did not expect this...

I was invited to the Google office on April 20'24, I arrived early, and had to wait for half an hour and other people were also invited so I sat down in the lobby , then went to Starbucks when I asked for a menu card , I was not aware they were deaf & dumb 🙄 , I was happy they were given job they at counter he said they understand sign language. The staff is so good with a big smile she tried to understand 😉 what I was saying with my lips at the moment. Thanks to yash, Manjushree, Jagruti, Vinod.the staff for their high spirit. I was looking for a beverage that's a perfect celebration of the season and where else could I head other than Starbucks?!

I went ahead with the Season Special:

✅Nutty Mocha Praline Frappuccino Chocolate and coffee coming together is one of my favourites since I'm not big on coffee. Topped with swirls of whipped cream and baked apple crumbs is the highlight I look forward to. Though you can hardly make out what the crumbs are made of, but it tasted good.

❤️ My Valentine's Dark Chocolate Hot Chocolate is Love in every form. Again, dark chocolate is not really my thing but this beverage changed my outlook towards it completely. Milk steamed with dark chocolate powder with a hint of strawberry is a recipe for Magic✨ #SFFWrecommends
