Very well located, not difficult to find. However if only they could make their signage 50% bigger, will work for them. At the entrance a quick temperature check was done, took down the details and sanitized our hands. Would have been refreshing if any sort of greetings with a smile would have been made. Seemed very mechanical, but no complaints as not many restaurants in Mumbai train the staff and keep checks on them. Offered a good table to be seated. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 kid. A quick scan of the QR Code and you have your menu on the smartphone to order from. A well designed menu, have variety of options as expected, again would have loved to get a recommendation from the waiter irrespective of being asked for. Did not try or experiment anything new.

For starters - Ordered 1 portion of the Dough Ball Doppio and 2 portions of garlic bread with mozzarella. The price for the portion size is not justified (too little) however makes up for the look and taste. Waiting time for the starters was not too long, but be rest assured that you will be served fresh and hot food. The dips were outstanding and went well with the Dough balls.

For the main course - Ordered 2 large pizzas. 1 Veg li Padrino and 1 veg Funghi di Bosco. As expected beautiful looking and lip-smacking thin crust pizzas, fresh out of the oven. Would have loved a little more toppings on the pizza. Quick tip always personalize your pizza add extra toppings and pay for it. They have a small and cute kids menu. Called for a baked Mac and cheese pasta. Was well prepared, however the kid did not like it much.

At the end of the meal was asked if we needed anything else and that was it. Did not ask for the dessert selection or recommended a must try. Was hoping to be asked by the manager for a quick feedback and exchange pleasantries at the table. Probably I'm expecting too much from...

Pizza Express BKC didn’t just call out to us, it practically waved. One glimpse of the interiors and we were sold — bright, airy space, neatly spaced-out tables (so you don’t have to pretend you’re not listening to the next table’s gossip), and a staff that was actually friendly, courteous, and lightning-fast. If good service is an endangered species these days, this place is a sanctuary.

We began on a healthy note with their avocado salad (you can see it in the picture). It was light and refreshing. Crisp greens, creamy avocado, and just enough flavour to make you feel healthy without tasting like punishment. Of course, this sudden burst of health consciousness was quickly balanced with the real reason we came: pizza.

The thin-crust American pizza arrived with pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives on top — the holy trinity of toppings. The crust was exactly as it should be: thin enough to hold with one hand, yet sturdy enough not to collapse under the weight of its own generosity. Each bite was the kind of guilty pleasure that makes you momentarily forget every diet resolution you’ve ever made.
