Had some really delicious Italian food here. The mocktails were amazing. The appetizers were equally delicious.
Visit 3
After a sub-par experience on Visit 2 where one dish wasn't made as per expectation, and there were other flaws in service such that it couldn't be called an experience for which the brand is known, I visited the restaurant again having hopes of an improvement. And as it turns out, this time the experience was better than last time.
Food preparation was as per the instructions. The sea bass although smaller in size when compared to similar level restaurants, was amazing, although surprisingly it came with potato cuts/cubed as opposed to vegetables and/or mashed potatoes which accompany the main dish in an Italian/western preparation. Considering the price, it seems good because sea basses don't come this less expensive at similar-level restaurants. The other dish I tried was the chicken parmigiana which was plenty big, with tomato flavor sauce with basil leaves around, very good taste. I was offered a gelato chef-special chocolate ice cream, with a skosh of salt around and gentle sweetness, it was nice too.

I tried a Pork item in the main course, a very different style of preparation and probably the best I have eaten. Crispy at the top, medium-made, decent size portion served with mashed potatoes. Possibly the restaurant could have added sauteed veggies. As quoted by the server, it took 22-23 mins to get ready.
The orange-based mocktail ( Innocent Belini ) was surely not innocuous on the taste buds. It was watered-down and unexpectedly bitter than sour, quite weird. Not sure what made it taste so, such that I couldn't even finish drinking it. However, the passion-fruit-based mocktail ( Passionsation ) was indeed sensational. Just the right amount of sweetness, and soda. Had one more of it.
The dessert, the newly-added Panna Cotta was the best. A smooth texture, soft and the portion size was between medium and large. You would never want it to be over. It was topped by some museli and mulberry.
The size of mocktails was between small and medium, and small respectively, and the price was slightly below what competitors charge. Whilst for the dessert, the price seemed quite more than competitors' in general. Both mocktails and dessert took about 10 mins to be served.
The menu has been revamped recently, and new dishes have been added. The dish material and colour scheme, as before, is stylish and different. The restaurant area is quite big with about 20 tables indoors and there is also an outside seating area. The light setting is medium bright, and there is only one type of seating of medium-height indoors, and unlike the competitors, they don't look trendy. Lower-height sofa seats are available only outdoors.
Overall, I would recommend people to visit...

Set Course by course meal option is available highly recommend here. Every dish was unique and justified it existence. Freshest ingredients, served hot and fresh, you won't go wrong with any of the choice. Starting off fresh, soft bun, cream (lightly sweet) and Truffle butter which can be finish quiet early. Soup which was extremely creamy and thick almost like a melted paste. Couple of pieces of Fried potatoes and shaved truffles. Starters include Truffle, wild mushroom. You feel extreme creaminess in mouth while eating this. Cheese, Truffle, Mushroom all in one together. The Crispy texture from outside and creaminess inside made this dish extremely delicious. When I saw Pizza, I couldn't resist to dig in.Crisp but was tender soft at middle. It was bright and vibrant. Again that Truffle wins there. No exaggerating cheese. Absolutely to the right quantity. Not too salty too. Its all about Morzella cheese and provolone. I literally enjoyed this being crisp and soft experience in one piece. I guess this is one of the best western dessert I have ever experienced. Not oversweet at all. Melts in mouth and burst of flavors Saffron Panna Cotta,Truffle Ice Cream and Hazelnut. Also few chocolates surrounded and I had couple of this. Mocktail had a nice dragon fruit taste, lemony, little fizzy too. A perfect way to start and end this incredible meal.
