Still finalizing your weekend plans? Look no further. Tanatan offers a curated experience of Indian fusion cuisine paired with irresistible mocktails and cocktails. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a chic, vibrant ambience—arguably one of the finest in the vicinity. The spacious seating area, complemented by live music, sets the perfect tone for any special occasion or casual indulgence. Pros: Ambience: The standout feature of this restaurant is its immersive décor, blending modern art with an Indo-American twist—imagine Michael Jackson as a king holding a rose. It’s both quirky and artistic, making the space truly memorable. Service: The staff were prompt, attentive, and ensured we were well taken care of throughout the visit. Food Quality: The freshness and quality of ingredients were impeccable. Each dish brought forward distinct flavors that elevated the dining experience. Portion Size: The servings were generous, with several dishes easily satisfying two people. Beverages: The cocktails were exceptionally crafted and a definite must-try for anyone visiting. Cons: None that were noticeably evident during our visit.

What We Ordered; 🔹️ Zombie (Signature Cocktail) – Highly Recommended A house-special cocktail combining apple, orange, and pineapple juices with both white and dark rum. The flavors were beautifully blended, delivering the perfect balance of sweetness and a subtle kick. Rating: 4.5/5 🔹️ Tanatan's Sangria (Virgin) – Recommended A refreshing mix of apple juice concentrate, soda, fresh apples, orange slices, and basil. While on the simpler side, it made for a pleasant and light drink. Rating: 4/5 🔹️ Parmesan Crusted Baby Aloo Baby potatoes, tandoor-cooked with a parmesan cheese crust. While the concept was promising, the dish lacked seasoning and complexity, resulting in a rather bland profile. Rating: 2.5/5 🔹️ Bhuna Mutton Chops – Highly Recommended A standout dish. The mutton chops were perfectly cooked with a traditional, spicy marinade and served with a mint chutney that tied everything together. A must-try for meat lovers. Rating: 4.5/5 🔹️ Babycorn Mushroom Tawa Masala with Butter Naan A hearty, thick curry made with babycorn, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes. Flavorful and satisfying, though not particularly unique. Rating: 3.5/5 🔹️ Rajni Goes Wild with Neer Dosa – Highly Recommended A rich coconut-based yellow curry featuring fish, garnished with caramelized onions and cashews. Served with either fragrant rice or Neer Dosa, this dish was a delight for seafood enthusiasts. Rating: 4.5/5 🔹️ Gulab Pista Panacotta – Recommended A rose and pistachio twist on the classic panna cotta. Sweet and creamy, perfect for those with a sweet tooth. While slightly overpowering for some, it’s a treat for dessert lovers. Rating: 4/5

Final Verdict Tanatan stands out for its exceptional cocktail selection, vibrant ambience, and flavorful non-vegetarian offerings. Their inventive desserts like chocolate fudge and gulkand cheesecake also promise a delightful end to your meal. Combined with live music and attentive service, this venue offers a complete sensory experience. A big shoutout to the Tanatan team for making the evening truly...

Tanatan opens up its second outlet in Dadar's Shivaji Park! Situated exactly opposite to the infamous Shivsena Bhavan, Tanatan is well known for their live music, amazing food and some very interesting cocktails. The difference here from their first outlet is that they have outdoor seating arrangements and even a great appealing ambience. The mind soothing live music with your dinner with a couple of drinks is just mesmerizing. the service here is fabulous as well!! Mr. Shubham who was so humble and friendly with us yet talented as well, each dish we ordered was explained very nicely to us even the dishes he suggested were hit on our meal! Moving on to the food here is simply fabulous!, I mean literally we were craving for more, like i can put it like we were more than satisfied with the food here. Even we friends tried a few cocktails which turned out to be great than what we expected and also a decent price. The cocktails we ordered were Fiery Jugaad, Penicillin and Tamarind Margarita. Fiery Jugaad being a whiskey based cocktail which is on a bit sweet and tangy side which is finished with sweet spice syrup. Penicillin being the costliest cocktail served here and which is totally worth it! its based with blended scotch, ginger honey syrup and lemon juice is topped on it, and its strong!! The Tamarind Margarita was a is a basic tequilla margarita but twisted with tamarind & jaggery flavour its tangy and sour in taste. Going over to the food what all the dishes we tried are Bhuna Chaap, Tandoori Crab, Salli Boti, Raw Mango Prawn Curry, and Appam, Neer Dosa and Apricot Cheese Kulcha for the Indian breads as accompaniments. So me and my friends are totally on the NonVeg section and truly Tanatan is a must visit place for all non vegetarians. So first of all the Tandoori Crab here is a must try dish its just fabulous!! the taste of the nice spices and the crab eating was truly fun! Tandoori chaap was another quite appealing appetiser. the lamb chop was perfectly cooked and delicious to the very end. the meat was so juicy and tempting. For the Main Course we went with Salli Boti a mutton dish which was a heaven of spices especially the rich flavour was from garam masala! and the Raw Mango Prawn Curry was something new, it was nice and and had like tongue tangling taste and with fresh prawns. the accompanying breads were the perfect nd super thin and super soft Neer Dosas, pan sized soft Appams and my personal favorite Apricot Cheese Kulcha, try it for a surprising sweet apricot punch in that ceese filled kulcha! for the desserts we tried their Gulkand Cheesecake and Gulab Pista Panacotta. The Panacotta was a normal rose flavoured panacotta presented with pistacho and the Gulkand Cheesecake was out of this world!! Would have never imagined i would love cheescake with gulkand in it! Truly delighted having my meal! Thankyou team Tanatan Dadar for a...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tanatan, a hidden gem nestled in the vibrant Dadar Shivaji Park neighborhood. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was captivated by the restaurant's warm and inviting ambiance, which perfectly complemented the culinary journey that awaited me.

To start off the evening, we decided to explore Tanatan's impressive cocktail menu. The Sharabi Kawa, a delightful blend of flavors, infused my senses with its aromatic spices, leaving a lingering warmth. The Blue Hawaiian, on the other hand, transported me to a tropical paradise with its refreshing notes of pineapple and coconut. Both cocktails were skillfully crafted and impeccably balanced, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Moving on to the appetizers, we couldn't resist trying the Khow Suey Samosa, a unique fusion of two beloved dishes. The crispy samosa shell gave way to a flavorful medley of spices, coconut milk, and noodles, providing a delightful twist to the traditional Khow Suey. It was a true delight for the taste buds, and the perfect way to start our culinary journey.

Next up, we indulged in the Palak Dahi ke Kebab, and it proved to be a masterstroke in innovation. The melt-in-your-mouth kebabs were crafted from spinach and yogurt, resulting in a delectable combination of creaminess and subtle tanginess. The kebabs were perfectly seasoned and flawlessly cooked, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs at Tanatan.

The main course brought us the Lasooni Palak Paneer, a classic dish with a twist. The velvety spinach gravy was rich and flavorful, infused with a generous amount of garlic, which added a delightful kick to the dish. The paneer was tender and absorbed the flavors beautifully, creating a harmonious symphony of tastes that left us wanting more.

No meal is complete without a sweet ending, and Tanatan's Chocolate Lava Cake did not disappoint. As soon as we dug our spoons into the cake, a river of molten chocolate cascaded out, accompanied by a heavenly aroma. The cake was moist, decadent, and accompanied by a scoop of velvety vanilla ice cream, providing the perfect balance of flavors. It was a dessert lover's dream come true.

The attentive and knowledgeable staff at Tanatan further enhanced our dining experience. They were prompt, friendly, and eager to guide us through the menu, ensuring that we made the most of our visit. The restaurant's cozy and contemporary decor added a touch of elegance to the overall dining ambiance, making it a perfect place for a romantic date night or a gathering with friends.

In conclusion, Tanatan offers a truly unique and memorable culinary adventure. From their inventive cocktails to their creatively reimagined dishes, the restaurant manages to strike a balance between tradition and innovation. Thankyou team Tanatan Dadar for a wonderful time!

I highly recommend visiting Tanatan at Dadar Shivaji Park and indulging in their exceptional fare.
