Barbeque Nation - Dadar — Restaurant in Mumbai

Hello.. Very bad experience at Barbeque Nation At Dadar.. i did online Booking For 3 as my wife Birthday... 1, we were waiting at Reception counter for long time as no body was on that counter.. i request 1 service person that I have booking so he took me on my reservation table 2, now on table no service person after 15 min waiting 1 service person came i personally request to pls look at us water bottle was lying on table which was already used.i ask him for water on 4th time he came with water but again I have to wait for glass to drink water later he got glass ...that was very bad on you guys.3, we had panipuri and some more starter like keema pav again keema was ready But again waiting for pav , what rubbish.. Pani puri was good .. than service on table 1 leg pcs and potato crispy... Leg pcs served only once... Than on table barbeque came chicken tikka ,prawns,fish that's it this was just a starter we had on table , in worli barbeque Nation we had lot of chicken starter.. 4 , Now on main course we help our self with buffet and again waiting for roti no service person was looking to us we had our main course with out roti... 5, after again waiting for water ask many time but eash one was asking for other service person to get us water but finally we didn't get water we skip water and tryed dessert.. food and dessert was good.. they help me with the cake as my wife's birthday we cut the cake and had nice time.. finnally i ask captain to get bill and water as well i ask him why service is so poor he sad sorry that I paid my bill and moved Out.. I have no time but i need to complaint about this type of service If we are are paying u guys then we expect good service also, i was feeling like we came to eat free of cost, i ignore everything coz it was special day of my wife... Now u guys give me reason why i should come to ur restaurant again .. in worli we been ther many time but the quality of food and service was altimate..Very bad service i will never ever suggest to any of my know people .... I request to management please don't ignore have a look on...

It was my first time with BBQ nation.. lots of time I heard about this place so yesterday we went here for having our Lunch...

When I entered I was Damn surprise with the wounderful ambiance and Multiple lightings 😃.. fully care of Hyginenic things as well as clean Tables with proper set-up..

So We just Seat on our table and We Select a complimentary

Mocktails pacific Ocean & Lady Red 🍷 ( I m damn sure once you tasted this Mocktails you will fall in love with this amazing Mocktails 💯💯. so if you are ever visited BBQ nation then must try this.. )

After Taking this Mocktails Our Table server start our unlimited Starters

We Tried Non-Veg & Veg both tandoori starters and Each Starters has a Different vibe and taste 💯.. Starters are The USP of BN outlets.. They served you a multiple Varties in starters so you will get confused what to eat.. so be ready to Have All Multiple Starters at your table..

Veg starters like Broccoli, Panner, mashroom , pineapple,

Non Veg liks Chicken , Prawns , Fish

Now coming to the Main Course..

Truly amazing Main Course buffet they have.. In a two Different sections they served you veg and Non Veg main course.. 2-3 types of gravies.. Biryani , Rotti - Naan. steam Rice , Egg Curry , Chef Special Sabji

I'll suggest you must try the Veg Noodles with Manchurian and Chicken Biryani 🤩..

Finally we Decide to Cover-up Our lunch with Dessert... But outlet has A huge Buffet with So many Desserts..

Kulfi.. Icecream... Moong dal halva.. Gulabjamun.. Varties in pastries.. Rabadi and many More options..

Here I want to mention the hospitality service of BBQ nation.. from Start when you enter to till you will finish Your lunch whole staff manager will Help you to Make ur time Great and memorable.. 💯🥂

So as per my point of view if you have a large grp of peoples as well as Wanna try some Outstanding unlimited Food then this is a perfect place available for you guys..

What delightful experience it was !....BBQ nation that too in the heart of Mumbai was in itself a treat to us the fellow mumbaikars ... Dadar has always been a place close to my heart ....now it has one more reason to be a special BBQ !!!!! To start with the appetizers the honey chilli potato was a very nice addition to the bbq menu... I never had It was before in any of the bbq outlets ....also the paneer tikka was my favourite from the live bbq ....the cheese soya chaps were also tender , juicy and cheesyyyy ...paneer chilli was really very authentically cooked with proper balance of spices..... And after all these starters ...our stomach was fulll but stilll the bbq main course menu was sooo irresistable that end up having all the main course ....my personal favourite was the deliciously rich butter paneer masala which was incomplete without the butter naan 🫶....also the hakka noodles had one of a kind taste ...to top it off ...I must say the star of the. Evening was the mocktail we had ....spicy guava .....it was the besstt❤️... Moving on to the deserts .......the most unique food fusion we had wasss..tandoori gulab jamunn🫶...they were absolutely soft with a topping of their special sweet masala...which blended so well together ..... definitely a must try ..✨ And to summerize it all we still kept the guts of having the absolutely Shahi ....malai kulfi in all its glory ... really it was a beautiful experience here in dadar ...also keeping in mind the auspicious month of shravan the staff here had about more than a 100 variety of various food items...from starters.. soups ...Mocktails, maincourse...desert.. icecream...everything in its full glory.....a treat to all the five senses of our body ❤️ Their staff is so humble and heartwarming ..who made us feel at home and comfortable Especially captain monirul khan and staff Afridi shaikh and Md istiyak they are attending...
