The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Mumbai

If you have a sweet tooth, do visit the belgian waffle co. It not only has different variety of waffles, shakes, and pancakes but you'll probably fall in love with the flavours and crazy combinations they serve you with. Being my personal favourite place to hog onto simple sweet waffles with lovely toppings makes me visit it atleast once a week(maybe twice). Would like to mention the ambience and cleanliness and hygiene the staff maintains is like a cherry on the cake. Greeting people with a smile, serving them with such over tempting and tasty, prepared with love(atleast for me) dessert even when there is too much of order pressure. On personal recommendations from one of their staff, I tried this kiki flavoured waffle with extra vanilla icecream and kitkat pieces over it. Kiki is prepared with blending oreo in cream and is served with charcoal base, adding sweetness of vanilla icecream gives the most deadliest combination...

The Belgian Waffle Co. is located in Malad West and I ordered home delivery at my place.

They specialise in waffles and pancakes which are egg less and they have a great variety to choose from plus the prices are also not high.

The delivery came on time and I loved the packing as it was spill proof plus the waffles were hot too.

What We Had - Kiki & Oreo Waffle Cake - This looked unique due to the blue colour and tasted really good. The creamy chocolate along with crunchy oreo tasted perfect together.

Death By Chocolate Waffle Cake - This was excellent and a delight for a chocolate lover like me. Generous amount of dark, milk and white chocolate used tasted delicious. The chocolate was smooth and it was overall amazing.

So the home delivery expect from TBWC was great as loved the waffles as they had generous amount of chocolate and toppings used and it was worth for the price paid. Hence...

I went for the first time in Belgian waffle. I ordered Oreo waffle and after 2 bites I found a hair in third bite and informed the main person over there he just took that waffle and threw it in a dustbin and asked his colleague to make another one but he didn't even say sorry and acted like nothing has happened and when I said what should I do now? I mean after a hair in waffle he didn't even ask me that should I get another one or not ... How come i can eat another waffle after this careless behaviour of your staff... I suggest not to go at this branch where staff is not bothered about customer welcoming and apologizing part is basic ethic. Thanks for nothing and worst experience.. however without sorry he just gave me my money back and yes during the conversation since I found hair he was still busy with his own order and calculation stuff.. please teach some basic ethics...
