Chido: A Disappointing Culinary Encounter

My recent visit to Chido left me feeling utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. The restaurant, which held so much promise, failed to live up to my expectations, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience.

Let's start with the service at Chido, which left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, providing lackluster attention throughout my visit. It was an uphill battle to get their attention, and when I finally did, their responses were curt and devoid of any genuine hospitality. The lack of warmth and attentiveness greatly impacted my overall impression of the restaurant.

Moving on to the food, I found it to be rather underwhelming. Despite the enticing descriptions on the menu, the actual execution fell short of delivering a memorable dining experience. The flavors were mediocre at best, and the dishes lacked the finesse and attention to detail that one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. It felt as though the ingredients used were of subpar quality, resulting in a lackluster taste that failed to excite my palate.

Additionally, the portion sizes at Chido were disappointingly small, considering the exorbitant prices. I left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied and still hungry, as if I had merely indulged in a mere appetizer rather than a fulfilling meal. The value for money was simply not there, leaving me with a sense of regret for choosing this establishment.

Furthermore, the ambiance at Chido was lackluster. The lighting was harsh and uninviting, creating an atmosphere that was far from relaxing or enjoyable. The noise level was also uncomfortably high, making it difficult to hold a conversation without raising one's voice. The overall atmosphere lacked the warmth and sophistication that one would expect from a restaurant aiming to provide a memorable dining experience.

Lastly, the cleanliness and hygiene of Chido were subpar. The tables appeared unkempt and were not promptly cleaned between customers. Additionally, the restroom facilities were in a state of disarray and desperately in need of attention. These hygiene issues significantly detracted from my overall comfort and added to my growing dissatisfaction.

In conclusion, I regret to say that my experience at Chido was a letdown. From the lackluster service to the underwhelming food, coupled with the uninviting ambiance and subpar cleanliness, this restaurant failed to meet my expectations. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend it to others seeking a truly enjoyable...

We recently planned for the small get together party here and the experience was totally pathetic. We opted for the buffet menu with drinks which costed us 1800pp, but it seems to us a big scam here which completely ruined our party. We opted for imfl package, which contains 5 types of beer but only kingfisher was server stating that we have already mentioned here with * conditions that subject to availability, however on confirming with manager the other beers were available and were served to other guest there, that have different availability system for the buffet menu, seriously what the hell is that. Apart from this some of the guest arrived early and requested to serve some snacks, but a condition was put of 3hrs serving from the start of the 1st punch and thus they opted to wait for the other guest, which makes sense since it is mentioned, but when later we discover they were so slow in servining the snacks that we started our punching at 8:49 pm and 1st plate of loaded nachos were served at 9:27 pm and when I asked an explanation, they just said don't worry, we will serve you even after 3 hours. Damm what the hell again, if that is your service and rules, than why the guest arrived early have to wait initially. Now the big surprise when the LOADED NACHOS were server, they were just nachos with some arabiata sauce over it and it is loaded. We taught that we are so much loaded that we can't see the loaded nachos properly 🤪. When we called the manager for the same, again nachos were served, which were actually loaded nachos that was finialse in the menu. Deserts always end with a happy note, but only 1 tray of ice cream and brownie were served, and when requested for refills, till 20 min nothing came and we decided to leave them and get away. Not recommended at all. No words to describe how awful this place is, but let me try. The outside courtyard was in construction, and completely dirty. The toilets are stinking, and there is just one toilet for the entire place. Inside, the seats are very uncomfortable and not at all aligned with the table.

And then the service. I think monkeys could be better servers here than the current staff. It took 3 tries to get any kind of service there, be it your order, or napkins or even spoons or water. Honestly; it became infuriating at one point, because this is not a cheap place. Last, the absolute trash food and liquor quality. We ordered three food items, all of which were horrible. The spring rolls were oily, the pizza had an ungodly amount of cheese making it completely unappetising, the biryani was outright garbage and the liquor was completely watered down. To top it all off, they purposely turn the music extremely loud, making it impossible to do anything or even have a good enough time. The servers have a sly grin on their face for every time you have to repeat the same request over and over and over again. No way, I can recommend this place to anyone...
