Domino’s is love! Being pizza-savvy, I could say for sure that amidst all the pizzas out there, Domino’s Connaught Place outlet wins the war with the overall value they offer. And, when I say value, I consider all the 7Ps of marketing that this outlet does. Being in the heart of Delhi, its service marketing is what influences our choice of brand when we dine in for a pizza in Connaught Place. Here’s how I can say CP’s Domino’s is the best – Their pizzas may appear to be similar to other brands, but unlike other pizza chains that use frozen dough, Domino's uses fresh dough for their pizza, resulting in a soft chewy bread-like texture when baked. Moreover, unlike most of its competitors, they do not use hydrogenated fats in its pizza. Simply put, a Domino's Pizza will make you feel less guilty about your bad cholesterol.
A Domino’s pizza’s affordability sets it apart the most. The pricing is set in such a way that it does not overlap with other pizza categories on their menu while remaining consistent on the base level - that is, the price with minimum toppings and the base remains low and only increases if we put add-ons. What we like about it is how affordable it is to the general public.
Besides that, since Domino's runs on a franchise model in approximately 90 countries, with the most outlets compared to other pizza brands, the Connaught Place outlet maintains a good standard because of being in the posh area of Delhi. Every time you go to CP, it’s worth going to Domino’s because of the top-notch service quality they offer.
Domino's is also persistent in its pursuit of being at the top of our minds. To stay competitive, it promotes and advertises aggressively. Domino's will find a way to say hello, whether it's through websites, mobile apps, or personalized SMSs. If you're craving pizza while being in Connaught Place, your friend, if not you, will almost certainly recommend Domino.
Most importantly, in my thousandth experience from ordering from the CP outlet, the Domino's delivery guy is always humble and greets us. They are always open to various payment methods. This again proves their service quality - the minor details they attend to!
Also, people all over the world want to work with Domino's because it is a franchise model, which ensures that it never has to compromise on fast delivery. The ordering and packing of the pizza go smoothly. There is a dedicated staff to fulfil individual orders and ensure that no customer's pizza joy is hampered. Whether you place the order online, or at the counter, the staff listens to your individual needs and makes their best efforts to add the toppings as per your wish.
Finally, thanks to the large rod banners they place on the rooftop, you can see the Domino's outlet from far across the street every time you dine in, ensuring that your pizza-hunting in CP ends soon! And, of course, the delivery person is always dressed in their uniform, which consists of a cap and a T-shirt with the brand logo.
What customers expect from a brand is a good quality pizza at affordable prices served just in time, and available at the right place. Domino’s is a clear winner here.
These are the seven factors that make Domino's a go-to pizza brand. Kudos to...
Read moreBoth Domino's and pizza hut serve a great taste.. but in my opinion, they're both unique.
Pizza in pizza hut is lot more softer than that in Domino's whereas pizza in Domino's is lot more crispier than that in pizza hut.
Toppings and varieties are more in pizza hut than in Domino's but good thing about Domino's is that you can customise the toppings…Don't know if there's such option in pizza hut but I don't think one needs it because, whatever extra toppings you wanna try, there'll be an alternative..
But the variety in PH is something I really appreciate.. You have pizza, garlic bread, potato wedges, chicken items and veg alternatives, cakes, ice creams etc., but in Domino's, it's pizza and pizza alone… I hate everything else
Before comparing service, one have to note that pizza hut is a proper restaurant (i.e. You go, sit, waiter will get you that menu, order, waiter will get you the pizza eat and ask for the bill, pay bill and tip to the waiter) whereas Domino's is a self service kinda restaurant (i.e. pay and order, wait for your number, collect, eat and go) conclusion: you can't compare the in restaurant service
Price: pizza hut is way costlier than Domino's.. Other than Friday, pizza hut costs you atleast 350 per person for coke and pizza whereas as in Domino's, 200–250 per person.. One good thing about Domino's is that even cheaper pizza isn't bad… I think the cheapest one is about ₹70 and that's not bad…it's completely worth the money… that's not the case with pizza hut.. Cheaper pizzas are terrible in PH
I personally like both but I frequently eat Domino's pizza solely because of the...

I've been a loyal Domino’s customer for a long time, and I’ve never faced such poor service from any other branch. However, my recent experience with this particular branch was very disappointing. I ordered a pizza and called the delivery person to check on the status. His response was extremely rude—he told me he had three deliveries to make and was already running late. He said it would take another 15 to 20 minutes to reach me. I mentioned that a delayed delivery would make the pizza cold and affect its taste, but he showed no concern.
To make matters worse, when the order finally arrived, it was cold and didn’t even include napkins. This is basic customer service, and it’s frustrating to see such negligence. Receiving a cold pizza with no napkins completely ruined the experience. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

I have always enjoyed ordering from Domino’s, but this time was an absolute letdown. Not only was my delivery 30 minutes late, but the pizza itself was completely lacking in taste and quality—a stark contrast to the great experiences I’ve had from other branches.
I was genuinely looking forward to my meal, but what I received was far from the standard I expect from Domino’s. This experience has left me questioning whether I can trust ordering from your brand again.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure no other customer has to go through the same disappointment. I would appreciate a response on how you plan to...
