A grooving weekend at party alike places is an utmost desirable aspect and choosing a right place for the same is certainly a hardship. Excuse me boss, an outlet like this will never make the choices go dubious and provides an utmost experience to joyous eatery.
Located in Cannought place, the outlet is radically improved in terms of lavish party ambiance, good food, best music and primarily focusing on customer satisfaction.
The moment we entered the ambiance, the grooving music lifted up the mood and excites the party wildness. Seating is quite good, with lush sofas and placements. Minor details given in the intramurals were astonishing, like the entire drum set and the vivid blocks of different works on wall.
Moving to food fanatics, we had ordered some of the most preferred dishes or delicacies recommended by the staffs their, and we surely did like the revamped eatery at this outlet. The food which was quite low rated by most was nonetheless good. Some were just quite average but some of them were utter zestful.
In VEG STARTERS we had ordered,
➊ Dahi Ke Sholey. The stuffing melts like charm. Classic supple dahi kebabs were fine in taste and the exceptionally well in terms of presentation.
➋ Mushroom Kurkure. Deep fried stuffed mushroom. Even a simplest food item can be improvised till this much of flavorful blend of crispy mushroom specialization.
In NON VEG STARTERS we had,
➊ Chicken Dry Red Chili. Apparently this is the most admirable dish amongst all of the appetizers we had ordered. The Chicken pieces were coated with a crisp coat of batter and red chili flakes which is utter alluring to have with their variants of signature cocktails. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
➋ Lasooni Murgh Tikka. Spicy, marinated chicken with garlic paste and curd grilled in traditional way. The spiced yogurt marinade is the utmost delish quotient in this dish. Quite flavorsome and traditionally the best. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
➌ Lamb Seekh Kebab. Nice and tender lamb kebab was well garnished and tasted really tasteful. The kebab was well made and quantity was adequate to satiate.
➍ Chicken Spicy Pizza. The only let down dish we had ordered. The chicken pizza was more like corn pizza because the chicken pieces were not adequately stuffed and other veggies were more dominating. Also, the crust was bit uncooked. The overall taste was decent.
In MAINS we had,
➊ Dry Pot Chicken. A chili pepper, garlic and chicken blend delicacy. The gravy was indeed succulent and with rice, it became a amalgamation.
➋ Mutton Rogan Josh. Rich and authentic mutton gravy delicacy was quite good in taste. Mutton was tender and cooked well. The gravy was indeed quite delish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
In DESSERTS we had,
➊ Brownie with Ice Cream. This dessert is served so heavenly. It look so long to have such perfect dessert again! Came in Martini glass, the brownie was so perfectly done and shaped like small hearts which looked extremely adorable. With such supple and succulent comes the appropriately paired ice cream. Full points to presentation, taste and satisfaction. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
In DRINKS we had,
➊ Screw Driver. Smirnoff vodka topped with orange juice. A harsh blend of vodka tripped with tangy orange juice. Quite a decent drink to enjoy.
➋ Sex on the Beach. Smirnoff Vodka, Cranberry, Peach schnapps, Lemon juice mix together. Quite a distinctively well refreshment. The signature drink was savory and rejuvenating.
➌ Tequila Sunrise. Tequila, Orange juice, Lemon juice, Grenadine syrup. Sweetness and alcohol is well balanced. Grenadine is well blended with tangy quotient.
Service on the other hand, did so astonishing work discreetly attending us every minute making sure that we would not have any problem any point. Added to that, the staffs become quite courteous and professionally dealing with customers.
Music gets the groovy mood once the time reaches to late night, when DJ arrives with its booming charts.

Read moreIt was a special occasion for us and we wanted to celebrate it at a special place. I came to know of a outlet in CP which served some good food and drinks at a reasonable price, so went on to try Excuse me Boss. The place is lively with some foot tapping numbers playing Continuously from the DJ's console. The lighting is apt for a pub.
Located in the middle circle of Connaught in F block this pub which is situated on the ground floor has a seating capacity of around 90-95 pax. Parking has always been huge issue especially as they don't provide a valet parking.
The ambience is great and it is the best place to party for youngsters. The service was impeccable and crowd was very decent. We ordered for a salad, an appetiser and two main course dishes along with a dessert which were all aggressively priced but lacked the finesse. We did try a few drinks and we would recommend the Sex on the beach in cocktails and strawberry sour in the Mocktails.
#Sesame Chicken Salad- loaded with lettuce, some bell peppers, sesame chicken. Lettuce wasn't really fresh but the chicken was fresh and juicy.
#fish salt and pepper - this was one of the best dishes served to us. Crispy fried Basa fish with finely chopped green onions and a hot garlic sauce.
#Pasta in creamy sauce - we chose to have the non vegetarian Penne pasta in white or creamy sauce, it was very heavy and too creamy. It was perfectly balanced pasta I would recommend adding some oregano and chilies as that's the way i like it.
#Diced chicken in hot garlic sauce - although they serve diced chicken in a variety of Sauces we chose the hot garlic sauce which went very well along with the fried rice which were ordered separately.
#Brownie with ice cream- a delightful dessert of heart shaped brownies on top Of vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce over it. Although it wasn't really mentioned together in the menu but they served it for us as a special gesture.
Overall the place has everything great ambience, good music and lovely food. Its a great package that too at affordable prices especially in a place like...
Read moreAn incredible new find that is now sure to become one of my regular visits!
Location : F-block (middle circle), CP
Seating and Ambiance : A lot of space with good interiors and lots of seating. The DJ console has some dedicated space in front for dancing.
The ambiance was energetic and fun (I went on a Saturday night) and the party moods were contagious!
Service : Despite the high volume of music and the sheer number of guests, the staff was very prompt and helpful. The servers and managers took frequent rounds and I could see them interacting with every customer periodically - thus ensuring that nobody's order went "unheard 🔕"
Food & Drinks : My friends and I ordered a very large number of dishes and drinks as we wanted to try as many different things as we could and so I'll only mention the things that I liked best (things that I'll definitely order again).
I. Drinks
JAGER BOMB was made with the standard recipe and presentation, but had a lot more in terms of quantity than most other places.
My PINA COLADA was mixed well and my LIIT was as strong as it gets!
I also had a sip (or two :P) of my friends' drinks : MAI TAI (strong citrus), MOJITO (fresh mint) and MARTINI (worthy of 007).
II. Food
In starters my favourites include DAHI KE SHOLEY (crunchy spheres with flavourful hung curd inside) and MUTTON SEEKH KABAB (which had excellent texture and taste). The best starter I had was the GRILLED FISH which tasted fresh and was so soft! The ROYAL CHILLI PANEER (ordered by a vegetarian friend) was good, too.
We stuck to Indian cuisine for the main course and ordered DAL MAKHANI (one of the best I've had in CP), PANEER LABABDAR (super soft paneer made it a delight), MUTTON ROGAN JOSH (excellent gravy and very high quality of meat) and Assorted Breads.
Dessert was a simple but delightful BROWNIE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM which had tiny heart-shaped brownies made in-house!
Conclusion : If you're in CP and looking for a place to party (with SO many options), be sure to give Excuse...
