Read moreI recently dined at Barbeque nation CP, and I must say it was an experience that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Not only was the service absolutely pathetic, but I also had my Apple AirPods stolen after my meal.
Let me begin by addressing the abysmal service. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff lacked professionalism and courtesy. It took an eternity to be seated, and once I finally was, it felt like they had forgotten I existed. I had to flag down a server just to place my order, and even then, they seemed irritated by my presence.
The food, which is supposed to be the highlight of any dining experience, was mediocre at best. It was as if the chef had given up on culinary excellence entirely. The dishes were bland, uninspired, and overpriced for the quality. It's astonishing that a restaurant of this supposed caliber could serve such tasteless food.
Now, to the most shocking part of my visit - the theft of my Apple AirPods. I realized when I reached home that my AirPods were missing , which I had left on the table(checked through find my device). I reported this to the manager next day, who showed a complete lack of concern for my predicament. There was no effort made to investigate or rectify the situation, and I was met with nothing but indifference from the staff.
In addition to the terrible service and theft, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was lackluster. The ambiance was dull, and the noise level was uncomfortably high, making it nearly impossible to hold a conversation.
In conclusion, my experience at Barbeque nation was nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of abysmal service, tasteless food, and the theft of my AirPods has left me deeply disappointed and angry. I strongly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice. Your time, money, and personal belongings are better spent elsewhere. This restaurant has not only failed to meet basic standards of hospitality but has also demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and customer care.
I have communicated to my company that we should terminate our corporate partnership with...
Read moreSo no more charm with BBQ Nation. No taste, not much dishes to serve though it shows on menu but there is no use of those and not all are served. Lets talk about in details only talking about veg
Starter: You will be given a small plate in desk with 3-4 Tandoori items in which only Paneer one will be somehow you can digest rest are like just boiled or half cooked and will be added to tandoori 🍡 stick. Not hot at all, you will have pinnaple, Soya chap, Mashroom and Paneer and these are not like you get somewhere as full tandoori cooked and big quality pieces in stick. These are only one inch pieces and 2-3 pieces in each stick and you will get one-2 stick ata time of same flavour. No taste just waste. One plate papdi chat and Golgappe not much tasty and does not match with menu as well.
Main Course: No serving you need to get he plates and pick by your own.
Items: Nuddles, soup, Dal Makhani, paneer, non stuffed naan, Kadhi No taste in Paneer dish, daal makhani, kadhi. You won't feel that you are really eating these items. Naan as well is very thin or gets tight in few minutes.
Sweets: Gulab jamun, Kheer, custard, pastries, icecream
Except Gulab jamun which can be considered as good but rest are not good. Those are low quality products like pastries are very small and made from cake which you can buy as 200₹ per kg. So from standard point of view you can't eat those as that is only creamy stuff. Same for icecream, low quality it ia not like mother dairy or Quality walls it is just freezed the local cream and water that's it. No taste at all.
Atmosphere: No screen to watch TV match, Not look so ventilated, spacious, no music and any activity.
Finally I can say visited multiple times in Noida and CP but taste remains same for vegetarian no tast at all. No quality dishes and now you pay approx 1300 for each person.
Totally waste, go and eat some where at least you will have one tasty dish...
