DISCLAIMER: I am all about honest reviews and I always try to keep them as clean and bash-free as possible. But my experience at this cafe was OH MY GOD HORRIBLE, and hence I'd like to convey my honest opinion about this one too. However, good/ bad that might sound.
Ambience: 3.5/5 Food: 2/5 Service: 0/5. HORRIBBLY RUDE STAFF. Value for Money: 0/5. (Read some other reviews too, seems like I'm not the only one who feels the quantity is peanuts) OVERALL: 0/5
I would never rate or review any restaurant this bad because I understand that a lot of people are involved in delivering that experience and the all put in efforts.
But I also believe that it's possible sometimes the food isn't good. But in such cases, the hospitality makes up for it. There is a way you talk to the customer. If you don't know that, no matter how good the food is, it would only piss off the customer and you'll never see them visit you again.

My friend and I were just strolling through the streets of Connaught Place on a Tuesday, and as usual, I was Zomato-ing where to go. We saw Cafe OMG and thought of giving it a try [would always regret the decision though :( ]
Okay so we entered the place and changed 3 seats because their AC wasn't working. No problem, we were made to sit on a seat where there was Hookah smoke from all the tables around us. We didn't want to passive smoke that but wanted to try out the food too so we decided to order something, ignoring everything else.
We ordered just 1 dish to begin with, which was a Chinese Platter consisting of 4 dishes: Veg Dimsums, Salt n Pepper, Chilli Paneer and Veg Manchurian
Okay now this is where it started getting "weird".
We got the platter served in about 25 minutes. (Really slow service) But what shocked/surprised us was the quantity of dishes in that platter that costed 700 bucks.
To put it simple n straight, each dish in the platter was barely 2 bites. We were so taken aback that we had to call the server and ask him if that is the quantity they serve for 700 Rs.
Now listen to what he said (in a very rude tone): '"Han itna hi dete hain. Kya lag ra hai aapko? Sabko itna hi dete hain, aapko alag se Kam thodi diya hai. 4 item toh hain, aur kya chaiye" :/
We asked him to call the Manager or someone senior to which he said "Han main hi hun senior, bolo Kya hua? Itna hi hota hai ye. Aur kuch manga lo itna hai toh."
We had ordered 2 drinks, A Virgin Mojito and 1 Chocolate Shake. We had Zomato Gold so we got another serving of the same drinks. And God, the second service was nothing but ice. We didn't even finish it.
I was so irritated with the ill-mannered server.
Then we decided to not order anything else for obvious reasons. And called for the bill.
They had put some service charge which my friend asked him to remove, coz it's up to us to pay. That same person had the audacity to tell us "Zomato Gold ka rule hai ye. Gold use Kiya h toh Service charge Dena padega".
I opened Zomato Gold and went through the membership policy but didn't see any point like that.
Then he said "Zomato ki nai, humari apni policy h ye". đ
My friend was about to ask him something to which he raised his voice and said "Kya hua? Paise nai dene Kya aapko?" đ
That got us really pissed and we paid the bill and left from there. Never going back for sure. Never suggesting the place to anyone else too.
All in all, our experience her was really awful. It almost felt like they did us a favor by serving us and giving us fistful of food and that we weren't...
Read moreVisited on my god cafe for the 1st time. Itâs in F block 14/15. Itâs on the 2nd floor and you have to walk up the stairs. Stairs are a little creepy and you need to be careful. Light is quite less. The lounge bar is spacious. Music was decent. There was live music starting 7pm. We had cocktails one was loveship with vodka, coconut milk which was too sweet. Had it customised. The other was vodka and hun based with kaffir & like. That was too tangy again had to be modified. Food isnât good at all. We ordered for dry manchurian, which was not good. Small pieces without any taste and overdone. Then the chakhna platter had masala peanuts, corn chaat, chana chaat and raw fresh paneer pieces. This was very average. The corns chaat wasnât good. Looked as if made out of corn cobs. Chana chaat wasnât good. Chanas chickpeas weâre parboiled and bland. Then we had bruschetta which was poor taste actually no taste at all. Soggy hollow bread topped with finely chopped tomatoes. Left a bad taste in the mouth. Food is not at all worth the money. They are running offers on magicpin. You can purchase one coupon only for worth rs 1000 in rs 500 but if your bill exceeds 1000 you need to pay through any mode. Paytm is 33% off. Cutlery is average .. plastic Even the seasoning & sauces were sub standard. The place is very dimly lit. Itâs not bright and exciting. Washrooms are not clean and there were no tissues. One of the guys on the adjacent table was too drunk and blabbering and arguing with the staff. He was also making signs and signals to us across. It was quite disturbing. The manager had him leave later. Ddnt find the place exciting. Live music was average. Choice of songs was good. Service was ok. Gaurav served us well. They really need to do something about their chef and food....

Upon entering, the ambiance sets a fun tone with its quirky decor, featuring bold colors and artistic wall murals that create a welcoming, informal vibe.
The menu at OMG is a global tour de force, offering a diverse selection that ranges from classic comfort foods to innovative fusion dishes. I opted for the OMG Special Pizza and the Butter Chicken Tacosâboth dishes were a delightful surprise. The pizza was generously topped with fresh ingredients and had a crispy crust that balanced perfectly with the rich, savory flavors. The Butter Chicken Tacos were a creative twist on an Indian classic, featuring tender chicken in a creamy, spiced sauce, wrapped in soft tacos that brought a delightful crunch.
The service was commendable, with attentive staff who seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. They offered insightful recommendations and were quick to accommodate dietary preferences, which was much appreciated.
