Worest experience ever... Biryani blues serves good food yes no doubt but the worest hospitality, service and behaviour of the staff . I was called for a food tasting session at CP biryani blues on a fine Sunday dinner with one of my co food blogger. We went to the restaurant and had a talk with the manager , firstly he said he need to confirm our inviting with his team. He said we need to wait and after it's confirmed they will go ahead..... later he made hundreds of calls to different people telling our names. We were uncomfortablely standing up there in the middle of the restaurant .. Just think that can be so awkward .. Ofcourse we were invited and I showed him the details too... Still were were waiting in the middle Restaurant for about 15-20 mins. But the shameless staff did not offer us a seat even. They actually thinks food bloggers are beggars begging for free food. I don't remember the mangers name but he was a tall guy who was too rude too us.
Later they told us to seat upstairs and we were told that they will serve us combos and drinks are on us I said fine ! Later it took half an hour around but the food was not there and the tables near by us were served well and the people after us also had there food on the table. Later they comes up with two pieces of chicken65 and little bowl of biryani . Honestly telling I was pretty ashamed that they actually thought us to be beggars. The taste was pathetic and horrible . You call for a food tasting and you serve us only a little of biryani and 2 pieces of chicken? What the hell? I mean you guys think we don't get to eat food at home or you thought was to be some street beggars ? Atleast have an idea , how food bloggers and reviewers are treated in a restaurant ...and what we do to make your restaurant in all fields of social media platforms... Please, if you invite some one for a food reviewe at atleast have the courtesy to welcome them well. It's very neglecting and annoying that a brand like biryani blues thus such things. Specially I want to mention the manager was totally a horrible person ever. He has no sense, no idea, no behaviour and zero skills of running such a big brand restaurant . He should be kicked out soon. I reviewed so many places in delhi and we get such overwhelming responses and welcoming that when we get such nonsense invites makes us too disappointed. Atleast be welcoming and offer your costumer a seat first because they are your guest and you are earning from them. Biryani blues please look after you manager at your CP outlet. You guys are spending on a useless man. Atleast give some one who is capable of working hard for...
Read moreBeen to cp many times but never disappointed , but i guess everything has its beginning. The location is good, situated on outer circle ,right next to BBQ. The food taste and variety is really low , simple daal roti is available in buffet, both veg and non veg, (dont know about the ala-carte. Drinks are too pretty basics in that. We organised a office team party , consisting of around 25+ people, and MAN it has been a disgrace. Both food quality, taste and servicing, Not recommended.
We tried to postpone the party due to heavy rainfall on the same day, since the team members were not localits , the managaer refused to do so, and said they took a really huge amount of time to proper everything. Just look at the preparation 🤣 Corner table(alloted at the time of arrival eith no proper sitting arrangement for the team) Veg +nonveg buffet with drinks,(pretty below average brands in drinks only 1 was available. Buffet had 3 veg(daal, mix veg, tofu in gravy) 3 non veg variety only, with naan/roti) They even took away everything from the table before we had finished our food just because the amount was paid earlier I was eating my ice cream just placed it on the table went to dj came back in 1 min , evrything was gone !!!
SO NOT RECOMMENDED please you will find better options then this in entire CP dont fall...
Read moreWe two had visited this place quite ago, at a time when it was a little late for lunch. There were only a couple of guests than us. On our query for a less spicy biryani (veg.), the staff suggested a particular one. Surprisingly, it was so intensively spicy that we both could not eat more than one or two spoons. We were hungry and having no time to go elsewhere. So, we took one more chance and asked for a very less spicy biryani. The staff suggested another one as almost no spicy. When we tried, we found that equally intensively spicy as the previous one. We left that too, paid the bill and moved out of the restaurant. Even more strange was the sloppy and aloof behaviour of all the staff. We sat on the upper deck and had to come down twice to get their attention. They were showing no concern to our feedback on the first and the second dish as well. They were just reluctant to serve and were gossiping on the ground floor. I still don't understand why they sold their dishes by lying them as no spicy (especially, the second one). A long time has passed since then and I hope the place has improved upon this. However, given the experience we had, I will not be able to dare to visit this...
