I recently had a highly unsatisfactory dining experience at Hard Rock Cafe in Delhi, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others about the issues I encountered. From the food quality to the service and management decisions, my visit to this establishment left much to be desired.

First and foremost, the quality of the steak I ordered was abysmal. It was completely dry and seemed to be made from expired meat. The taste was far from what one would expect from a reputable restaurant like Hard Rock Cafe. Such a glaring oversight in food preparation raises serious concerns about the hygiene and overall standards maintained in the kitchen.

To make matters worse, the portion sizes of the drinks were extremely disappointing. They were served in minuscule quantities, giving the impression that the establishment was more interested in cutting costs than in providing a satisfactory customer experience. The lack of attention to detail and generosity in this regard was disheartening, especially considering the premium prices charged by Hard Rock Cafe.

Another significant issue I encountered was the forced purchase of live band concert tickets. Not only were we coerced into buying tickets at the reception, but we were also informed that the concert would not start until two hours later. This tactic feels like a blatant attempt to maximize profits rather than catering to the needs and preferences of the diners. As a customer, I should have the freedom to enjoy my meal without being pressured into purchasing additional items or activities.

Overall, my visit to Hard Rock Cafe Delhi left me thoroughly disappointed. The poor quality of the steak, insufficient drink portions, and the manipulative sales tactics employed by the establishment made for an unpleasant experience. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and respect from a renowned brand like Hard Rock Cafe, and unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. I cannot recommend this particular branch to anyone seeking a satisfying...

Ever since Hard Rock Café marked its presence in the heart of city,Connaught place,I could not stop my excitement. The to go place for legendary burgers has opened its doors with huge space sprawling over 3 floors with ground level retailing the brand products and other levels catering to dining. The vibe is unmissable, music is rock and more of rock. We went when the live bands were jamming and this is one experience clubbed with their delectable menu and signature drinks which makes Hard Rock Café stand apart in crowd. I started with their classic Caribbean mojito and tex max chicken skewers. While the mojito is as refreshing as it can get and such a apt cooler for summers with Bacardi rum making you pleasantly high. The skewers are such a classic ones with consistent preparation and perfection that it’s a must have in every visit. My favourite part is their burgers.I love to have their double decker double cheese burger which is two stacked steak burger with American cheese and chipotle aioli, something which is so classic and unique that you can’t get enough of this taste. Another must have is their chicken wings.Though they serve it with choice of sauce,I’ll recommend barbecue sauce which is finger licking good. The portions are huge and 2-3 people can definitely share it. Coming to desserts, their New York baked cheesecake with berry compote is a must try.Fresh cream cheese with satiny texture exactly how it’s supposed to be. Hard Rock Café is an experience and an emotion. The music which is an ode to rock music clubbed with their classic preparations and well trained staff, the place creates a special place in hearts of patrons...

I've never had the opportunity to visit Hard Rock Cafe, ever! Yes, ever! So, this was my absolutely first experience and here's what I noticed.

The ambience of this particular place (in Janpath) seemed really nice. I guess, the Rock theme that this brand has goes with the overall feel of such a place.

It is a huge place with multiple seating spaces and perfect if you go with a lot of your friends.

The choice of burgers & appetizers are aplenty. So, you're going to have a good time choosing between them. The servers definitely can help you in making an informed decision, based on your taste buds.

We ordered a vegetarian mezze platter (I believe, that's what it was called), and it was aplenty. With different choices like spring rolls, paneer, potatoes, etc, it was more than enough for 2 people, frankly.

The non-vegetarian that I ordered turned out to be a disappointment for me. The chicken (I forgot what it was called exactly) was way too sour for my liking and I couldn't eat more than 2 pieces. The outer layer was way too sour.

The drink that we ordered (a non-alcoholic one) was decent.

The best was the cheese-cake which was superb! ❤️

Overall, I feel, the prices are pretty steep but the price to value ratio of the place isn't really 100% worth it, quite frankly. If you love alcohol, then, maybe a place like this might make sense as they have an extremely varied choice in that regard, but for someone like me who doesn't drink, it was just another super expensive cafe experience.

Note: They also sell merchandise (t-shirts, etc.), incase you want to. I didn't check the prices of...

A disgrace for a Hard Rock Cafe really. It wouldn't be a bad thing if it closed permanently as it's absolutely ruining the reputation of Hard Rock Cafe. The choice of building is poor, it's small, very cramped inside and is only accessible via a lift about 2 doors down in a very run down building. The music was way too loud, it reminded me of being in a nightclub rather than being sat with my partner having food in our favourite restaurant chain, I'm not sure what the 'DJ' was doing, but when he wasn't on his phone he was busy skipping songs a quarter of the way through and doing some weird 'mixing' that really just made it sound like the speakers were broken. The toilet was a disgrace, no toilet roll, resembled a wet room and was very dirty. The 'highlight' of the night was when they brought a shisha unit out onto the bar, and a member of kitchen staff was the only person to use it. This member of staff then went back into the kitchen after smoking the shisha. The cocktails were barely drinkable, I enjoy a drink as much as the next person but I like to enjoy my drink rather than them tasting like pure alcohol. The only good thing about the night was the food, which was ok. I liked that there was more than one veg option. We were really disappointed with our visit. We don't mind paying a bit more when it comes to Hard Rock Cafe, but felt completely ripped off by our experience here. I don't recommend coming, and if you're a Hard Rocker, just come to get a picture and then leave to go elsewhere as you'll be disappointed.
