I am delighted to share my exceptional experience with The Mist restaurant at The Park hotel. Recently, I hosted an event for over 100 guests, and the team's outstanding service, impeccable execution, and delectable cuisine exceeded our expectations.
The staff, particularly Mr. Ishak, Simran, and Waka, provided exceptional guidance and ensured our guests had a seamless dining experience throughout their 3-4 day stay. Their dedication to providing comfortable spaces for our guests to enjoy their meals was truly appreciated.
I would also like to commend Mr. Amit, the manager of The Mist restaurant, for his outstanding leadership and commitment to excellence. He and his team went above and beyond to accommodate our guests' needs, even extending the restaurant's hours to ensure no one went hungry.
The service staff were equally impressive, consistently displaying energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to ensure our guests had everything they needed. Their attention to detail and willingness to extend their service hours were truly remarkable.
Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the culinary team, who prepared exquisite meals with professionalism and flair. Their contributions to our event's success were invaluable.

Read moreWorst experience of a lunch in a 5star hotel. My first and last visit here.
Went for buffet lunch with a friend. As buffet wasnt available, ordered the veg set menu.
Omg, these could be cooked better by my homecook.
Manchow Soup had undercooked veg and no noodles were served with it. Paneer tikka in the starter was too hard to chew.
Main course had a yellow dal, a paneer dish and mix veg. Dal had no tadka on it. Paneer was hard to chew. And the mix veggies were undercooked. Roti basket had variety, but werent cooked well. And only onions were served as salad alongside. Tasted wasnt anything special.
And dessert had two options- gulab jamun and vanilla icecream. Really, that's their variety?
This menu isnt worth of the high price. I have eaten better thalis even at highway dhabas.
Service was as pathetic as the food. The servers were just dumping food on the table. Even when one course wasnt finished, the server was putting next course on the table. As the result, we end up eating all dishes cold. Given the fact, restaurant was almost empty, wondering why this hurry!
Truly disappointing experience! Much below the standard expected of a 5 star hotel in the central...
Read moreThis place is under renovation. Seating is really bad and the room is claustrophobic. The management is trying to make quick money out of unsuspecting customers by duping them. Buffet is exorbitantly priced. But, the menu has very little to offer. The salad bar gives you breakfast left overs and would have the names of different items listed but they would all contain similar boiled/cold items. For instance oven roasted chicken would look and taste the same as Rosemary chicken salad. Main course contains some cheap dhaba style food with only one non veg item titled as "home cooked chicken curry". No starters will be offered. Chaat counter is a poor apology for Delhi chaat. In sum, they are shamelessly trying to cheat customers through some cheap street smart tactics. My advice: Don't let yourselves be cheated. Never visit this place. Connaught place has much much much better options for the price that this place charges....
