During my recent visit to Puducherry, I had the opportunity to explore the vibrant culinary scene, and one of the highlights was the adjacent chicken bonda and macroni shop located in front of Hotel Biryani Paradise. While my experience with the chicken bonda was somewhat disappointing, the chicken macroni turned out to be an absolute delight, making it worth the visit.

Let's start with the chicken bonda. While the chicken bonda was dominated by onions, which may not have been to everyone's liking, it's important to note that taste preferences vary from person to person. While it may not have met your expectations, others might enjoy the flavors brought forth by the onion's presence. It's commendable that you gave it a try and provided an honest assessment.

Moving on to the prawn bonda, it's regrettable that it did not capture the true essence of prawn flavor and instead resembled a masala vadai.

Now, let's focus on the highlight—the chicken macroni. It's wonderful to hear that the chicken macroni at the chicken bonda and macroni shop was top-notch. The unique taste of their mayo added a special touch, elevating the overall flavor profile. It's great to find a dish that exceeds expectations and proves to be a memorable culinary experience. Additionally, the fact that it was worth the money spent is an added bonus.

the way they behave was Very worst to customer . 2 months before I paid for 1kg of briyani and some other side dishes for take home (parcel). They missed one pack of Briyani in it fortunately I checked there itself and I asked them about it. It's there mistake but they never apologize for there mistake .

And today also I made some kg of briyani and tandoori so that I asked for some more extra minus , for that the way they behave for very arrogant and in a crowd it was a very horrible moment for me.

Very worst in every way they behave and respond to a customer's.

Of course it's briyani is worth for the price but customer satisfaction is more important.

Till date I suggested my friends to this hotel but in future case If any one ask about this hotel means I won't suggest them since they too going to get the same worst customer services.

The food was delicious. The hotel is small from the outside but there is much space inside. They serve food in banana leaf, I love that. So....I am a Keralian, I thought I won't like the food and I don't want to order biriyani for me. So I ordered naan and butter paneer and my family ordered mutton biriyani and mixed fried rice. Apart from my thoughts the food was so tasty for me. I tasted the mutton biriyani and mixed fried rice that were also good.....They have a mini shop in front of their hotel and it will be open only in the evening. That shop contains macaroni, some type of soup, etc. They had a huge crowd in the evening at the time of opening the mini shop. We take a pack of macaroni and alfam in the evening.
