Read moreVisited after many years. And came to know that from old location they are now shifted to shop in lane just beside Victory Theater, East street,Pune Camp. Though I've visited after many years, just to taste their Samosas. The taste is perfectly the same as far as I remember. It's hard to maintain the same taste for such a long time. Kudos for that. They make & sell just a few combinations of Samosa, and believe me they are Masters You can get Excellent Chicken,Mutton, Prawns & Beef with two or three veg. Samosa Preparations. " Patti Samosa ", that we call to this type of Samosa. Preparation Stuffing is kept inside the batter made out of Maida, in typical Triangular samosa shape& then deep fried in oil. Today around @8 PM, Prawns & Mutton samosas were out of stock. We had Chicken ,Cheese Chicken & Veg. Samosa . Without wasting time eat them outside the shop. They were just 🔥 & Yummy. Also packed a few pieces to eat them at our home along with coffee. In my opinion, these samosas taste better in their shop & not suitable for parcel, especially if you are going place far from this place, like We Do. But that doesn't mean, Samosa was bad,not at all. They are better taste at their shop, that's all. Personally I liked Chicken Samosa than Cheese chicken & Veg. Samosas . Chicken was well minced along Onion, Coriander with light spiced Masalas in it. The outer layer ( Patti ) was crispy& crunchy. The shop on Mazenine floor was clean but the surroundings were not...
Read moreWe went to Akhtars samosa camp on 20 may 2023. There we ordered chicken, mutton & kheema samosa. Now talking about the taste then outer covering is very very paper like thin which might be good for some people. For inside filling they have used raw onions and of course chicken or whatever you have ordered. They cook it like bhurji, which is not that flavorful. It's okay ish. Personally there's no wow factor I felt when I tasted it for the first time. It's very very average. Price wise also it's okay. Samosa range from 25rs(veg) to maximum 50 rs(prawns & mutton) They also have veg samosa. With samosa they serve tomato sauce and not chutney which you'll figure out why it can be disappointing for some people after tasting it. Parking space is not available right in front of the shop, you have to park your scooter somewhere and then have to come. Honestly it's a very very basic tasting samosa. I would rate it 2.5/5 as Google doesn't allow half point rating. It's a one time...
