SANDWICH EXPRESS — Restaurant in Pune

Posting this review for the Destination Centre Magarpatta Branch. Food is of great quality and taste but service can be so much better. Brand owners please look into the following:

The time taken to serve the order is much more and it doesn't look like a staff issue. You have enough staff in the outlet but device and space to work on looks limited. While the outlet was getting so many orders, could see limited staff working to fulfil it due to space constraint

We have explicitly mentioned our requirements on the counter, the person on counter was so distracted that she hardly noticed. We still asked if she heard our ask, to which she very confidently responded, yes. When we got our sandwich, she did not take care of it, as we thought. She forgot to mention it to the staff. We had to send the sandwich back to get it fixed which took another 15 minutes.

After building such a great brand, you need to ensure your service is in place across the board even if you are giving it as franchise to some one else. In a place like destination centre where things are so quickly available, you may not continue to have customers who have limited...

Worst experience in quality-quantity of food and service..

Ordered 2 jumbo cheese grill Sandwich which costs around 150 each collected the parcel opened and received attached image sandwich which we were unable to understand what exactly it was.. Stuffing looked as if cheese chilly but was filled with mayo sauces instead of cheese.

Also had ordered a plain regular vegetable sandwich for which we got club sandwich sought of thing which had only grated cheese n bread to unfortune vegetables were missing and they charged Rs. 80.. Never had such an bluffing experience at any such food joints.

Packing was good, but they shud understand soon that the content for which we pay matters.

Worst was my friend who went to pick up the order noticed noticed club sandwich in the Bill and asked the person that we haven't ordered any club sandwich hope it's the right order you are handing over on that he said yes it's the regular vegetable sandwich.

All in all worst quality, quantity of food on offer. Hope the feedback is taken positively and improvements come for...

I know the owner of this place very humble person all the sandwiches are extremely good & food quality is not compromised. But very very sad incident happened today his one of the staff Dinesh Rathod Very Arrogant I just asked him on your facebook & Instagram videos you guys are wearing Hand Gloves & making sandwiches why dont you Wear Had Gloves & do preparation?
