It's roadside so maintains bare minimum hygiene but it's clean and tidy. Definitely a must visit place if you are a true panipuri fan.

Santosh Bhel is one of the oldest place in Pune for mouth watering, super tasty Oli Bhel. I love this bhel from my childhood. The place is small and just a small stall but they have maintained the hygiene properly. The taste is exactly same from years on. Its must go place for you if you are typical Punekar...
