I had the worst experience at Sukh Sagar Hotel in Latur, Gandhi Chowk. I went there with my wife and daughter, and after waiting 20 minutes, a captain finally came to take our order. I asked for 2 Pav Bhaji, Manchurian, and a water bottle. Shockingly, he didn’t even take the order properly and started abusing me when I questioned the delay.
Feeling insulted and disrespected, I decided to leave without eating. But the worst part? The owner still had the audacity to ask me for money even though we didn’t get our food! I paid and left, but I’m absolutely disgusted.
This place has zero manners, no customer service, and no basic decency. Please don’t waste your time or money here. Pathetic management...
