Very Bad Experience - Avoid This Place!

I had the worst experience at Sukh Sagar Hotel in Latur, Gandhi Chowk. I went there with my wife and daughter, and after waiting 20 minutes, a captain finally came to take our order. I asked for 2 Pav Bhaji, Manchurian, and a water bottle. Shockingly, he didn’t even take the order properly and started abusing me when I questioned the delay.

Feeling insulted and disrespected, I decided to leave without eating. But the worst part? The owner still had the audacity to ask me for money even though we didn’t get our food! I paid and left, but I’m absolutely disgusted.

This place has zero manners, no customer service, and no basic decency. Please don’t waste your time or money here. Pathetic management...

This was not my 1st time..have been here a few times..but today we asked for Tomato Soup,he said not serving,asked for Club sandwich again can't serve..asked for Fresh Lime 'Water' he said can't make that but can give Fresh Lime 'Soda'..asked for Chinese Bhel,he said can't serve that too..the service was extremely slow,it took him 46 mins to get Paneer Butter masala n then another 7 mins to get 2 naans,we had to keep reminding him about our order..the Sarson Saag and Makke ki roti was as usual nicee,so was the pav bhaji..n the shakes and mango mastani.. however the strawberries were sour in the cream..
