Delish - The Dessert Studio — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I had a terrible experience with Delish – The Dessert Studio. I ordered their Tres Leches, and after waiting for over 1.5 hours, the dessert that arrived was completely spoiled and unfit for consumption.

To make it worse, there were issues with the delivery partner (Swiggy), which delayed the order further. But what shocked me the most was the lack of accountability from the store. When I contacted customer care, they were unhelpful and gave no proper resolution. I then tried reaching the store owner, who was extremely rude and unprofessional in his response.

For a brand that claims to deliver premium desserts, this experience was unacceptable and infuriating. This is not how any business should treat its customers.

This kind of negligence in food quality and attitude in customer service is dangerous and unprofessional. I expect an immediate response and a proper resolution, failing which I will be forced to escalate this issue further on all available platforms.

Located just inside Double Roti restaurant. They serve all types of authentic cakes, cupcakes, tarts, travel cakes, quiches and puffs. This is not your average bakery and is bound to give you an unexplainable experience by meddling with your taste buds. Ordered a piece of Black Forest cake and it was mind blowing. Great collection of desserts & fantastic Ambience, albeit a bit pricey. The Chocolate cup cake & Eclair were really good. (Eclair choux pastry can be a bit lighter).
