Recently I have stret this hotel I found lots of Plus and minus let me tell you one by one first let me go with the minus points which I observed as being a customer during the entrance I suffered with lack of parking as well and in the entrance there is no foot mat kept on the hotel the reception girl standing she does not have provided one chat out of you and it also and I was place in the corner of the hotel where I can found lots of cobs and waves in the heaven areas us well and I can find some same page on the walls in the interior that there is torrent discovered with yellow light the two seater table checking also once when I go to the restaurant it was newly constructed I guess it was clean but the huge date and built for adult I can find the narrow space with the WC on a small area it was so narrow for a adult on top of they does not using any toll freshener in say that all it as well lack of tissue papers work not kept in the washing area also on top of for female restroom we need to cross and go in such things so there is no any personal space and privacy for female so it was transparently open the need to change the interior I guess or they need to read do something to avoid open visibility. let me come to the food part I ordered one soup tomato soup and he was good enough I can put 3 star out of 5 followed by a ordered one Chicken starter it was fully boneless well marinted the chicken was good enough juice and tendery the drawback was they given onion as a complimentary or along with that unfortunately the onions for cut long back it was not fresh once when the onion escape near the AC MBS starts to get a kind of a fools mail from the onion with seems to look like Aspen got cross contaminated as well at least they need to do a kind of a clear app for the cutting onions apart from I also order one b** Biryani which was good size for one full adult it was certain a traditional clay pot the flavour was good enough all kind of Indian spice were used the Biryani was not only it was try as well it was a kind of Hyderabad top it as a chicken followed by layer of rice has been put in that the service was good or not unfortunately the main course plate was bad shape because it has start to get a kind of a foul smell so cleaning the cutlery they should need to cross check as well. Then I ordered rumali roti and paneer tikka masala the paneer was around 8 to 10 pieces rest house full of capsicum onion they are focusing on the portion size and cause control as well it was good but not up to the mark and then for t shirt I ordered which was pretty good and decent it was not two sweet and it was not two blind as well and I can give three star out of 5 for the desert as well the service part is go to the server was so genuine and so smiley and he was so unblock so but the huge drop back when it's comes to the building part they are charging 10% as a service charge where the supreme court has recently said if the customers willing only you can put service charge if it is not it is voidable but even though they are putting 10% of discharge out of the box and GST CST and all if you pay 50-50 like 450 acid tips to the service people also at least at the end they would be happy but I don't know whether this service charge was like a round to 250 rupees my entire bill amount was 2500 I personally think doesn't work for this kind of staff I guess this is fine if you want to slow cooking traditional food based on this tandoori and all you can give it right to this Hotel rest has good but the major bitter experience both the 10% service charge which was integrated in the bill if you ask them to avoid also they are not...
Read moreCopper Chimney ( Indian Food, Made Unforgettable) I agree on that part. They made my dine in experience very much "Unforgettable". Quite unsure if I carried a bad luck while going in there around 10.20 PM and hardly waiting for about 15/20minutes, the Chicken Tandoori was served, but to my very disappointment it was Half Cooked and rigid+watery from inside(Happens when the center is not thawed fully and holds water). I have tried it in different restaurents but this... I was quite frustrated to the core about the texture that my brain kept nagging and saying it's half-cooked and I was just hesitant to eat no more than a couple of small bits n pieces(just to understand what it actually was) before I went on to call the waiter to take it back to the chef. I cannot speak of the quality that they serve during the peak hours, but I am pretty sure that the tandoor chicken that was served to us(after 10.30 PM..Note: 11PM is the closing time) was neither marinated nor the raw chicken(can't agree that it was already well marinated before 8 hours as they claimed) that was used right out of freezer was thawed to make it look atleast more alike safe-to-eat consumable.
Chicken cream Soup tasted Average. Rogan gosht(gravy) was fine with Peace pulao and Pudina Parotta but personally for me, RG didn't suit my spicy taste buds. Not sure if that's how the authentic taste would be!(Only North Indian dishes they serve). Overall first impression is the best which I can say it as my Last.
The menu is ,pricey but that's just pointless if they are going to serve an undercooked food in your palate which carries no value.
First and Last here.

Read moreCopper Chimney used to be a great restaurant. Key word USED. The ambience was great though. Nice mughal touch to it. Appreciated the papad and onions at the beginning. The biriyani was pretty good, but they had added too much water for the vegetable dum biriyani which made the masala too soggy. The chicken lahori, dal maharaja, and roomali roti were nice. We ordered the chicken dum, mutton dum, and veg dum biriyanis for 6 people. As soon as the biriyanis came out, they never asked if we would like to be served and they just put biriyani on our plates. I'm vegetarian and I got chicken, but that's fine. It's that 2 of my guests never even got to try the mutton dum biriyani because they never asked! How are we supposed to know which one is chicken and which one is mutton? The prawns that we ordered had grit and sand in it meaning that they did not wash them properly. One of my guests spit it out. We told them this, and they did nothing about it. Just said that they would let the kitchen know and smiled. All being said, one of the waiters was nice enough to inform us that some of the mocktails that we wanted had a lot of ice which prompted us to change our order. This place is overpriced and not worth it. I mean the menu was torn and had the pages falling off but you have to pay 500 rupees for some prawns that had sand in them. Not...
