Worst service and the staff in this branch was cheating.We went on sat night around 11.30 , I ordered coco pudding,cream cake and 2 jughead spl, first he took coco pudding and packed it on cover and then suddenly he saw the backside of the pudding and changed that box and gave another i felt like he is giving old stock so i immediately opened and tasted and it tastes sour it was not in a good taste so i asked him for an exchange he immediately gave new one that tastes good, then the another person in the billing counter said if you order 1 lit Jughead spl there will be 100 Rs difference so I thought it makes sense and asked for 1 lit he billed immediately and the bill amt is around 1100 and then i told him to change normal size 2 jughead spl he said he cant give the bill as its closing time I cant do the billing then he asked me to take photo of it and said he will send the bill tomorrow through WhatsApp but he didn’t ask my number also . We visited the shop with family and was surprised on the servings. The pineapple and strawberry juice was served well in glass. The fruit salad with ice cream came with plastic cup full of fruits and a scoop of ice cream on the top. We are much surprised how to have the fruits and ice cream together. We just borrowed an additional cup and managed to transfer them to mix well. The peach Melba which I had back in buhari in late 90's was good was quantity of peach was not justifiable for the cost. Finally the falooda was again served in plastic bottle which really bothered us, when asked the stores person does not have any justifiable answer. He just asked to write a mail which again won't help the customers. I believe the quality of serving rather than quantity should be considered. Pros : Tasty Ambience Good plac for meeting Service is good. Wide range of Menu Large comfortable place to sit Technology : where with Tab you can order juices.

Cons : High Refined Sugar in all juices causes Severe Diabetic , Cancer and where they can use PALM SUGAR for that. Adding too much sugar changes the chemical Nature of the Juice we drink. Pricing is little high but Sevice and Ambience makes the pricing worthy. Still it is not affordable for certain set of people on regular basis.
