BEWARE They accept the order, but don't deliver. What the hell is wrong with you guys. It didn't happen once, but twice. I have lost faith on this outlet. The first time i ordered using dominos app around 9 / 9:15 pm. After 1.5 hrs when it was time for closure of the outlet these buggers conveniently marked the order as cancelled and refunded the amount. As if i could eat my digital currency.
Second time, i thought of not taking the risk through their app, used Swiggy to order. Same thing happened. Little did i know Swiggy too was only a platform to receive order, everything else thereafter was not in their control. Again these buggers left me hanging and cancelled the order.
Please DONOT order anything from Dominos Teynampet outlet.
I request dominos authorities to take corrective action. Infact i think dominos India / jubilant food you have drastically reduced your customer service. The feedback forms on your app are just a gimmick. You say we will reach you within 24 -48 hrs or something, but even after week's noone cared to call. Only thing that was delivered on time was an auto generated mail asking whether i received any call on my concern. I religiously have been reporting no there. I don't understand why you even have a toll free number when at the most you can do tell the same information that is available online or on your app. No human interface to talk to. Your outlet has wrong number published on your app, on Swiggy everywhere, you are not even bothered to correct it. So many people are writing reviews here, highlighting your pathetic situation, and you are writing back standard reply. What action have you taken dominos India.
Pathetic. If this is how you intend to progress, you might be thrown out of business soon. No matter what kind of Goliath you might be. Any small pizza chain can uproot you if you have this attitude.
I chose to dedicate 5 mins of my time to capture my anger for benefit of those people who may want to visit or order from this outlet. BEWARE

Offers & coupons are applicable only if you reach a minimum limit and hence pushing you to order more The delivery tracker feature is useless: even before the delivery person leaves, order will be marked as dispatched. I personally verified this when I went to pick the order myself as the order got delayed by 30 mins beyond the 30 min delivery guarantee. The app does not reflect from which store you placed if you have multiple stores near your house So, you try calling to check the restaurant which has accepted the order, the phone numbers wonât work. You call customer service toll free and they will connect with you the store after 5-7mins, someone will pick and give an estimate of delivery but still the app wonât reflect the time, no phone number still. The chat bot gives a random phone number that does not exist. The store number when we call cannot connect but will connect when the customer care centre calls them. You can try identifying the phone number of the store from Zomato or Swiggy and that number is also non-existent Finally, you go in person and collect the order yourself, they say itâs a busy day and they are unable to handle it. This is for order number 11 on a Saturday, two hours after the restaurant was opened. Such a busy day, right? Very tough to handle, right? The restaurant - Dine in - is empty! Not even one table is occupied! Finally, order delay and inefficient app for ordering and tracking is happening for the 5th time.
This comes from a big Dominos fan and a loyal customer for the last 14 years!
Pls pls move your app based business to Zomato or Swiggy! You guys...
   Read morePoorly trained staff. They have no clue on how to deal with customers who call them over phone. I had placed an order and was tracking its delivery on the app. After showing that the order was despatched and the delivery agent was on his way for about 15 minutes, the tracking ended and again it showed as if the order is being prepared. After wating for 45 minutes (beyond the promised 30 minutes delivers) I called the outlet. First a male staff picked up and promised to get back about the status of the order. He did not call back. The second call I made was picked up by a female staff. She put me on hold and later in an impolite tone said "You will get a call, Okay". When I pointed out to her that her tone sounded rude and this was unacceptable, she remained unapologetic and I could hear her yelling at someone on the other end. She never bothered to disconnect the call either. I would only blame Domino's Management for not training their staff on the need to be polite...
