Lexus Bar — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Do not go here, I was going here for weeks and that manager came upto me one day and said beer is not included in the discounts. Just so you guys are aware seafood and mutton aren’t included either. This guy has the audacity to wait till we get there wasting all our money and energy and then tell us “did you book with Swiggy, yeah so this and this not included” and point to this some bullshit on Swiggy terms and conditions which is only applicable to people who buy “bottles” like bottles of liquor not beer. So do not fall for this and also their elevator is a safety hazard. The bar is in a basement in a really old building. Don’t go there and the manager talks to you like you a child....

BEWARE!! The place is infested with cockroaches!! I’ve visited the place a few times in past 3-4 months and complained but no remedies have been taken to resolve the issue. These small half inch cockroaches keep crawling in all the tables and sofas you sit to dine in. The management always says they will initiate pest control but no action has been taken so far. Also, they’ve been renovating the washroom from past 3 months and you’ll have to go to the next building...

Been there couple of times and was offered good service. However, writing this review to bring to the notice of Managers that I received a very cold welcome last week probably because I walked in alone. The waiter boys were in no mood to come to my seat even after me reminding them. Sat there watching some IPL match and walked off after 10 minutes never ever to return. The 2 boys serving have no clue what hospitality means ! Poor service unless you walk...
