Have gone there couple of times for lunch so decided to do a dinner, it was quite a last minute plan called and checked for 4 people they said it’s booked but since it’s raining we will have cancellations so they asked us to come, we went they gave us a table we sat and looked at the menu the waiter told the table guests have arrived and we have to leave, we were quite astonished with how they just asked the customer to leave, when we argued they said you can stand in the bar counter and eat they weren’t even going to put chairs! Why should anyone for that matter pay so much and stand and eat? Would this be the same behaviour if we were in middle of the meal? When we came out and asked the guy taking names and stamping he said yea we told you so, no he did not tell us they would ask us to leave and humiliate. Also we asked them not to put stamp for one of us as she’s allergic to it but they refused and said have to we still obliged,just to be asked to get out in 5 mins and a free allergic reaction. Would give the most trash review for the staff there for their service. Thanks, will never be visiting. P.S. Read moreThis is a worst place to ever go and dine. We booked a table through zomato and paid pre booking charge as well. But when we arrived at that particular place they said they don't accept zomato bookings to confirm a table. They will only confirm the table if we call them and request them for a table. But when we tried calling them they never attended any calls. And after so many arguments they gave us a table where 8 people can sit and dine but we were a group of 11. We requested them to increase the number of table and chairs so that we can start dining together as we had a farewell party that day. But the way the staff incharges spoke was very rude, irreverent and they simply said manage with 8 chairs and other people can stand and eat, and that giving the table itself was a very big help from them so they asked us to step aside and they were not even ready to sort it out. I wonder how this place has got good reviews. I have never seen such worst customer support in my life. Read moreWorst. Id give this one star only to the ambience. The food was bad. Way too pricey for a very average red sauce pasta. We tried butter chicken naan bombs, which was okay, a new innovation, but 550/- isnt worth it anyday. Their service was the worst i have ever witnessed. We usually think twice before going to a place that is filled with starters and soups starting from the 500/- range, but then we had this zomato carnival going on, and we think its a good time of the year to try out the restaurants we keep avoiding due to huge prices. But nope. Dont ever visit this place thinking that way. They dont even serve the food. Dont even offer to.
